The PNGtuber being a way of telling who's talking is one of those things you never think about until it's pointed out, but now I think about it that is such a useful thing to have and it's absolutely helped in some of the more hectic situations (like the Mario Party video the other day). Also...IRL Phasmophobia? That ghost is going to regret spooking a man that can drift him back to the afterlife.

The only other alternative I've seen with group videos is using a specific color for the text depending on who's talking, which can work, but has its own issues (abruptly changing who's what color will confuse viewers, there are only so many clearly visible colors that you can use, and some people can't do both reading subtitles and watching the video). The avatars are a cleaner way to do it, and can be set in the empty space/sidebar of a video without causing much trouble.

Plus a lot of it has been longer content, which I personally love. And also two different series as opposed to a bunch of one-offs, which helps it feel more consistent/continuous imo Glad he seems to be feeling better and the move went well, excited to see what shenanigans he gets up to next (the ghost hunt tease sounds super fun)

4:03 Genuine suggestion here, but another thing that could help with group streams and videos, mainly on KZread, would be captions! Auto-generated captions can kind of help, because generally they get in the ballpark of whatever is being said, and you can deduce what's actually being said from there, but manual captions put in that accurately depict what's being said would also be a big help! I know it would be a lot more work, but it would be suuuuper helpful for hard of hearing people, as well as people with other hearing and audio processing disorders, such as myself

Congratulations on the house, and thank you for all of your streams and vids they’re really a delight. I was at a program all of last year without any internet or anything so coming back in December and getting to catch up on the rumble tumble timeline was really fun. I’ve been slowly adjusting to online stuff again and you’re the only personality I actually keep up with now because of the very positive environment you have on both of your platforms. The whole feel reminds me a lot of watching old KZreadrs as a kid who just played whatever the [youtube] they wanted and your channels feel like a corner of the internet that’s very authentic. Completely separate, but in the spirit of “just chatting”, in the year I spent off the grid I decided I actually want to pursue college, specifically for English. I don’t know how to say this without it sounding like a joke, but knowing that you, an Epic Gamer, went to college (and furthermore became The Drift King, King of Drifting) and graduated was a really big encouragement for me to pursue it myself. I was the only person in my brit lit class who was actually enthusiastic about it and I felt like kind of a loser but then out of the back of my mind a cupcake shaped sheep showed up and told me “gamers can be literate” and then it did the whip and nae nae and disappeared and I was struck with a revelation. And now im actually going to college this august which I never thought I’d be able to do. So if even in a super indirect way, thank you for never shutting up about being the king of drifting, I will never overpass you, but at least I can finally pursue my dreams

It seemed like only yesterday when your first Minecraft Skyblock video went out and viral, thus spiraling into the community builds of McDonalds, Starbucks, and infamoud "Feed"s. As someone who did dance and marching band I can confirm! My knees broke long before my 30s

the looking forward to and packing part is fun, the putting everything in a moving truck or car and getting everything there part isn't, the putting everything down inside isn't, the unpacking is only fun for the fun boxes and then the rest is fun again

This is the first RT video I've been able to watch in a bit since I have been moving as well and, by proxy, had to get a new job. It was stressful, but it needed to happen and I'm here today and that's all I can really ask for. I'm glad that RT isn't going anywhere so I can nestle back into a community that I love with a charismatic Irish man that makes me cry laughing. Thank you RT, for providing a cozy environment for us.

As a disabled person who is currently in the process of finishing moving, yeah being sickly sucks, especially when you have things you need to do. Hope your medical issues are the type that can be sorted out though, I look forward to seeing whatever you choose to do next regardless :)

ive been watching since i was probably about 11 and this week on thursday im gonna be graduating highschool at 17. some kids had markiplier, some kids had pewdiepie, i had had rtgame. its been a fun ride and im really excited for the stuff you have in store going forward

Congrats on the move RT! And thanks for the update in general. I personally haven't noticed that much of an upload frequency difference, but I've been having a very sporadic year myself so that's probably why. Speaking of, I do just want to thank you for all the content you make. It has been a pretty shitty year for me, and it is genuinely so comforting to have your videos be such a constant. I find myself watching your new ones basically as soon as they come out, and rewatching the old ones countless times (I can't even begin to count how many times I've gone back to Slay the Princess). it's also really nice to have the option of channel member on here now. I do use twitch, but I work a lot, and live in Canada, so I can never make your streams. So it's nice to have this option here too. All that to say, I love your videos, keep up the great work. I'm rooting for you!
