Free Gold Watch in SF has the most pins in the Bay area. Edit: Correction, second most behind Pacific Pinball Museum. I just wanted to mention it since nobody else had.

Yeah FGW is nice with many pins but parking in SF is always a challenge depending on the day of the week. I’ve heard it’s also a mixture of pins from different operators too.

Hit me up and I can give you a local’s perspective to eateries, places to go, and especially those pinball spots: pacific pinball museum (approx 35 min drive), gameon pinball (about 25 mins), the flipper room is awesome with wall to wall art and themed rooms (1 hr drive), miniboss in SJ for the pinball and retro bar arcade mix (25 min drive). Safe travels!!

You must go to free gold watch in San Francisco they have about 65 pinballs on the floor also the Pacific Pinball Museum in Alameda !! And The Flipper room in Concord California

Go to the Buena Vista for Irish coffee and get yourself at least a pass to ride all the real cool and old trolleys. There is the old pinball museum and it is free and most of the machines don't work, but it is free. Also in fisherman's warf there are usually guy hanging around the fishing boats will take you on a bay ride around Alcatraz and under the bridge. I liked that tour better than the Alcatraz tour and it was way cheaper.

Flipper Room in Concord is great! and not far from Fremont, Have fun!

Just saw video, You gotta go on PCH pacific coast HWY for at least 2-3 hour drive it's one of the best in the world!!! San Fran is tricky lately due to crime, there's is an Arcade museum next to the warfh that's great for midivil dime machines but limited on Pinball so if you cross bridge stop around Salsilito for eats etc. Enjoy your trip

Absolutely. Everyone must visit here. The way they give details on each machine… rooms by decades in order… it’s a living history lesson on pinball!

Flipper room in Concord. If you don’t go here, you have failed me, you have failed the community, but more importantly, you have failed yourself.

Welcome from Santa Cruz mtns! Be sure to hit Lynn's Arcade down in Seaside (next to Monterrey). A well kept collection, yummy cans of beer, and people. The people are yummy too I guess.

Drive north across the GGB. Then park at the lookout on the north side and walk (or bicycle) back onto the bridge. What a rush. What a view. Somewhat scary. Hellishly impressive. I’m sure you’ll remember that walk, and the view, for the rest of your life. Bring a coat/jacket. Seriously. Bring a coat or jacket 😅.

You’ll be happy to return to Texas when you return! Alcatraz- check out the “isolation “ cells in the lower level. Guys were stripped naked, & floors+walls+ceiling were all stainless steel plating. COLD! Enjoy yourself!

Fremont is a pretty nice part of town. Look up local housing prices and you will shit yourself. Crossing the Golden Gate bridge is actually kind of scary. Keep your eyes on the road. :)

I just left Massachusetts and am bummed to not have seen you there. Guess I'll have to wait until we're at the fireplace in October.

I was there too, enjoyed it. There seemed to be less pinballs in the main room than what was available last fall also a number of machines were being packed up and removed a little early on Saturday evening.

@@Railoffroader2, it seemed like a lot of people that sold machines just took them down early and the floor thinned out. Did you see the crazy T2 with the guns attached?

Gameon was very impressive and appreciate the premium versions of games! Very cool place! When I went, parking was filled but once inside… awesome place! Can’t wait to see what you all do with it over time!

When you said you were going to California, I thought you were going to see Disneyland, I never thought you'd check out Alcatraz of all places.

California was a great place back in the 70s/80s. It's a shell of it's former self now. Great food though.

Yeah!!!! No more Cary in Texas.... Aww man, this is BS. 🤣 The office I visit regularly is just down the road from Levi's Stadium. I rarely have time to site see though. My wife and I did do the Napa thing 20 years ago. We really enjoyed it, but I hear it's changed a lot since then so other's mileage may vary. Hope you enjoyed your 3 hours flight. Blah At least I hope you flew non-stop.
