    E maj is the correct chord. It may look like D maj. Giving the correct names to the capo shapes enables pupils to master the key board. 👍

    All down to personal preference really. I find with capo 2 it’s slightly easier to play, and sounds a bit brighter to my ears.

    A beginner here… Is there any way we can get the strumming patterns? In the meantime, thank you for the tutorial. It’s very helpful to see the song played as overlapped with the original one, which is usually the ultimate goal for me.

    Not in tune, capo in the wrong position, not playing properly, your guitar's intonation is out, like way out, playing the right chords but not necessarily in the right order, you're moving through space and time slower than the rest of us. One or more of the above.
