@@foggylegg6362 she wrote more than half of 19, and on 21 and 25 all of her cowriters have said that they just tweak few words here and there but adele comes up with all the lyrics. For example, her cowriter of hello received credit cause he changed "hello misery" to "hello its me"

@@timir__ i dont know all the specifics but they really tweaked it. That change was crucial. I'm not saying she didn't write anything but its a pr thing that agents and producers do to give stars credit for writing their own songs even if they didnt. I know that shes been writing since she was young but without the tweaking and more mature point of view. They wouldn't be the hits they are now. Imo. Also i didn't like this news when i investigated it either. Some get credit some don't. It's the business , just like politics.

@@foggylegg6362 i've followed adele's career and i do know she writes every single song of hers except for the covers ofcourse. And you aren't wrong when you say that some artists get writing credits for pr purpose, however adele isn't one of those cases. All of her cowriters are producers, if you dig deep you'll know that a lot of those producers have it in their contracts that they need to be given writing credits even if they don't contribute much in writing department. And maturity? Adele has had a mature era since the beginning. Her collaborators have spoken on their own that she comes into the studio with lyrics in mind, and those weren't during any of her album cycles.
The song " When We Were Young" just rips my heart out because shes singing my story & no matter how many times i try not to cry when i hear it, i cant make it to the end dry eyed. Its so powerful & emotional & raw.

At one point she needed to have surgery on her vocal chords because she was straining them so much. She went 6 months or more without singing. Her fan base were worried that she might have permanent damage. But then at The Grammys she sang “rolling in the deep “ and the crowd sighed with relief and then cheered as her voice soared once again. She is so loved! And for good reason!
None of that autotune sh-t ! Now watch her sing “Skyfall” at the Oscars.

Notice that her performances are about her voice and the songs. She doesn't need backup dancers or laser light shows. Im so happy you found Adele. I think she’s an enrichment to every ear and heart.
I was at this concert at the Royal Albert Hall in London. I think Adele has a voice that can't be fully captured with recording equipment or on video, because when you hear her live, her voice is even stronger and more vibrant. I told a friend of mine this and when she saw her at the Hollywood Bowl, she agreed and texted me with, "WOW". Adele is amazing.
She doesn’t have a bad song. Her albums are amazing and her live performances bang.
She has that voice..thats like... well like a call to church. You here the bells ringing..and you just want to go!
There is virtually no difference between her studio recordings and her live performances. The woman is simply awesome.
She also sang the title theme song for the James Bond movie Skyfall.
I don’t like it when people call someone is a “queen”. It’s too easily thrown out. BUT Adele is a Queen! 😝 If anyone deserves the title, it’s her.
Chills, every time I hear her voice. No matter how many times have heard the song. Every song.
She was already being declared as one of the best selling music artists by selling 90 million records worldwide before releasing her sophomore third album "25" which was already eligible for diamond certification. What an incredible artist she is. 15 time grammy winner, oscar, golden globe, MTV VMAs, and so many more to prove
So good!! Her voice is so powerful and incredible! You can tell she demands excellence from herself, and in turn she commands awe and respect from the audience! Love her!
Next When we were Young from Adele please..heartbreaking song..you can tell she's lived this..👍🇬🇧💞
I saw such a fun video where a number of Adele lookalikes would compete over who could sing like Adele best - and one of the contestants was just Adele (a little smartly made up) and they did not see that it was her. But in the end, it exploded and Adele appeared for them all. She sang fantastically (of course) like herself. Very fun to see.
You HAVE to watch that whole concert at the Royal Albert Hall 🙌 You will not regret and never forget!
There are few performers that send chills up your spine when you see them perform live - she is one of them. You know you are witnessing something special and extraordinary.
The studio version sounds pretty much the same as the live. I’m glad you’re going to watch her Carpool Karaoke episode - you’ll get to see her personality, and I know you’ll get a kick out of that! Chasing Pavements is one of her first big hits. That would be another one you should listen to. 💗
Adele ... I've played this so often ... goes deep for so many.
How does Adele make it seem so, so effortless to hit those notes with such strength and passion...??
