Thank you so much, I needed this. My therapist is also a life coach which is quite beneficial as well to my circumstances. I’m feeling more able each day to get this channel and my music really going. Thank you for all your support🙏❤️

You're pretty and talented. You just seem to overthink everything which is both a blessing and a curse. Confidence is key but takes time. Next time you're in a queue or around others in a social way, say hello. Talk about the weather. If they don't respond or respond negatively the Problem is them, NOT YOU! Make eye contact and look up off the ground. Make a list of the things you like doing and find yourself time for that everyday at the same time with no guilt. I wish u luck on your journey Alissa. You have a lot going for you. Draw a line in the sand. Forget looking back at past events and start each day afresh. Love from UK x
