Me and my family are Catholics, we go to church, we prey, and we have crosses as decorations in our house. When people think about our religion, they think that we believe the whole "Gay is a sin" when really that's not true, many of my church friends are actually either support or are part of the LGBTQ+ community. Me and family fully support people who are in the LGBTQ+ community, we personally believe that it shouldn't matter what your sexuality, race, gender, weight, height, or where you come from as we are all humans and should be treated equally. That's what my parents raised us with, and I stand by it. Fun fact: I actually commented here on this video when I was 11-12 about that same thing and immediately got a lot of hate replies. It got to the point that some adults even told me to kill myself and that I should burn in hell for supporting LGBTQ+ people. It was traumatizing, and I deleted my comment. I'm now 18 and still getting shaky hands when I come back to this video as I'm too scared to actually make a comment and instead just reply to other people's comments

One of My good friends Is Gay and When My Dad met her He yelled at me"SunShine! Don't Be friends with gay people, they are wrong and shouldn't be on earth!" I Snapped Right At him and After about 20 minutes for Fighting I Ran out of the house with my friend, grabbed my phone, called my mom to pick us up. My mom believes that even if you Are gay or not you should Be treated right no matter what and I believe her. Me and my Friend went To Get pizza after what happen and We went back to my mom's house and Played Minecraft together. I don't spend time with my Dad Alot and My friend moved to Reno. My Dad is now happy she is away from me but, she was a great friend and I miss her even tho I'm not gay. My Dad also Doesn't believe I god and Anything close to that And He Never praise and I pray every night and Last weekend he saw me and grounded me! My father is Someone who Hates religions and Gay people and I am Christan and I am scared to tell my father that. I bring A Bible with me to school every day so I can read it In class when I have free time. Yes, I get called weirdo for bring a Bible to school but I'm me and love to be me. I came out to my family that i was bi like 3 months ago and they say "ok" and "you are you son" and i was relief that i just came out of the closet.

coming out was a really hard decision for me to make. though my parents were accepting it took lots of courage to tell them the truth. it definitely hits differently when you know what they're going through :)

As a christian, I think everyone is be equal. It doesn't matter if your gay, bi, lesbian etc. We are all still human and we all have different beliefs. We are all different but that doesn't stop us from living our lives and loving each other. I just wanted to spread this message because I know their are a few people with disbeliefs and think it's wrong because God said so, but all I'm trying to say is that, Everyone is equal. ❤🌈

Equality takes the hierarchy away and the next thing you know, people are going to do whatever they want with the money that they don’t deserve and all morality is just a page in a history book. So, no. Humans are not equal and we shouldn’t be. We’re better off in a social environment like the medieval times. Not the amount of sickness and death, but the hierarchy. Priests, bishops, kings, queens, knights, and noblemen were paid more and more respected. Nowadays you don’t see people with those titles anymore and priests and bishops don’t get paid squat. Sure, equality sounds like a good idea, but it’s really a deception to society. Having a hierarchy is better.

I'm a Catholic, I go to church(mainly because my mom makes our family go), I prey, and I have crosses as decorations in my house. When people think about my religion they think that we agree about the whole 'We see gay as a sin' thing but the truth is we Catholics(well my family at least)don't see gay as a sin we respect the people who are in the LGBTQ+ community, my family are huge supporters of the community because we believe in equality, we personally believe that it shouldn't matter what your sexuality, race, weight, religion, gender, and where you come from, we are all humans and we should be treated equally, that's why my parents raised us and taught us about peace and not to judge others. Me and my sister have both been very confuse with our sexualities since middle school, both my parents are very supportive and try to help us which I appreciate them for, sadly our cousin's family doesn't support her for being non-binary and pansexual but we make sure that she knows that we love her and support her which she's thankful to us for. Reading your comment made my heart broke and I want you to know that I send you a lot of virtual hugs because it looks like you need one to tell you that it's okay. Fun fact: I actually commented here on this video when I was 12 or 13 explaining about the same thing and I got a lot of hate replies that it even went as far for some adult to tell me to kill myself if I hated myself so much(I had still have low self-esteem but it was way worse back then)and that I should go to hell for supporting the LGBTQ+ community and suffer torture by the devil, which hurt me and I deleted my comment...I'm 15 now and I'm revisiting this video which brought back some PTSD memories

My best friend is a lesbian. Her parents know. I know. Practically everybody knows. And we all still love her no matter what. She's an amazing human being and I am blessed to know her and to be her best friend. So, best friend, if you are reading this, just know that I will always be there for you.
