I realized I was bi almost a year ago and came out about 7 months ago and I was accepted But those who aren't accepted there's people out there who will accept you If u are in a non accepting home when u 18 leave that home right away its not a safe place go to a safe home or u can start saving up for a house So yeah u r loved its not a decision to be lgbtq+ u r born that way I hope this was a nice positive message ☺

I can kinda relate to her. I didn't know what my sexuality was because I knew I liked girls but I also liked boys. I didn't know whether I was straight or gay. It wasn't until I came to the conclusion that I was Bi. I am 14 years old and I'm just not openly bisexual. My parents know about it and they have no problem with it and they accept me for who I am. At the end of the day, we're all human.

I felt like it was wrong to like girls no matter how genuinely I liked them. I had a boyfriend at the time who wasn’t the most emotionally available. He wouldn’t understand if I told him. I could imagine his response being something like "So have you been like getting an urge to cheat on me with a girl or something?" If I had gotten that response I’d have no clue what to say so I stayed quiet. I eventually got so quiet that my boyfriend didn’t see a point in dating someone who never wanted to talk to him. Later I got with another guy who seemed so much more understanding than the last one. I felt like I could tell him anything. That belief went away when I came out to him. He said it made him think of me differently and that he needed time to get his head around it. That’s understandable but the amount of thinking time he needed was way too much. Eventually he came to accept me for who I am and we learned to live with my secret.

OH MY GOSH when I told my parents I was bi-sexual I was so scared oh my gosh I first told my sister and she cried bc she didn't wanted me to be judged and hated and I was like "I'm going to be fine don't worry" the second person I told was my aunt bc she saw me crying bc I was just so scared to tell my parents and she just said don't be worried you'll be fine we all still love you. Then I told my parents and they told me there stories like my step mom said she once kissed a girl and I was just smiling bc I was just so freaking happy that they didn't hate me or was just disgust I was just so happy that night ☺️☺️☺️

Try to sneak the topic into conversation, if they talk about how bisexuality isn’t real or gays are bad, don’t come out. Wait until you’re financially and emotionally independent then you can get it off your shoulders.

If you have ever felt sexual attraction males, even just a tiny bit, you are most likely bisexual. Bisexuals usually have a preference for one gender over the other, and that preference can be minor or major! Sometimes the preference can be so strong, they only end up dating one gender there entire lives!

I remember watching this like half of a year sense it came out and I was feeling for boys and girls and I was confused, so then I came across this video ( and at the time I didn't know Bisexuality existed ) and I watched it, and I'm just like what is bisexuality so I searched it up learned more about and learned I was Bisexual. Thank you KZread for recommending this to me at the time!

Exactly the same. My friends know. My family doesn't. I have amazingly supportive friends, because, well, they're all bi or gay too! The straight ones don't care. When I was 11, and was in fifth grade, I had my first boyfriend. We were so happy together until the beginning of eighth grade, when I began to develop feelings for a girl in my group of friends. When I told my then boyfriend, he told me that he accepted it but when eighth grade started he broke up with me. I spent a month in denial until I went to my friends birthday party. Me and one of our other friends were the only two people brave enough to play 7 minutes in heaven, so we did. That was my first girlfriend. We dated for a few months until she had to move away so I broke up with her. It broke my heart and I didn't date anyone else until this summer when one of my best guy friends asked me out. Now I'm not single anymore and I'm proud of who I am.
