Hi everyone! Today I offer you 2 delicious, very tasty, quick and easy pasta recipes!
RECIPE N1
Wholemeal penne with tomato, ricotta and chives is a delicious vegetarian first course, perfect for lunch or dinner. This tasty and creamy pasta will please the whole family. I used wholemeal penne but you can choose any other type of pasta you prefer. All you need are a few simple ingredients, a few minutes of time and a delicious and nutritious dish is ready!
Ingredients:
- 250 g (9 oz) of pasta
- 2 shallots or 1 onion
- 15-17 cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of ricotta
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- Pecorino or other mature cheese
- Chives
- Salt, pepper, chili pepper
- Olive oil
RECIPE N2
Pasta with broccoli and anchovies is a delicious and healthy first course. You can prepare it for lunch or dinner and you will please the whole family! Quick and easy recipe that anyone can make! Just a few simple ingredients are enough to prepare a truly delicious pasta! For this recipe I used half rigatoni but you can use any other type of pasta you prefer. I recommend you try this delicious pasta with broccoli and anchovies.
