Hi everyone! Today I present to you a super delicious pasta recipe, which you absolutely must try! Tortiglioni in fresh cream cheese, basil and tomatoes with fried aubergines is a very tasty and satiating first course! I assure you that your family will love this literally crazy pasta! When I make it I can't stop! So I highly recommend you try it! The second recipe that I propose is the tagliatelle in aubergine cream with sautéed zucchini. You only need a few simple ingredients to prepare it! It's so simple that anyone can do it! Light, satisfying and incredibly delicious pasta! Ingredients:
- 250 g (9 oz) of tortiglioni pasta
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 eggplant
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- A generous handful of basil
- 100 g (4 oz) of robiola or other fresh cheese
- 1 hot pepper
- Salt and pepper
- Fry oil
- Olive oil

- 1 eggplant

- A few basil leaves
- 40 g of Parmesan
- 30 ml of olive oil
