The funniest part about the karaoke scene is that Michael Jackson and Chris Tucker were really bestfriends in real life and Chris would try to out dance him all the time with his own moves and Michael would let him win and be on the floor laughing. It probably hit Chris hard when he passed ❤❤

Fun Fact: in the scene where Chris tucker is fighting the Asian girl in the casino, and she gets stabbed in the chest, his ending line was, "we could've had something special, but you are one crazy azz b!tchh". Well, being that he's a Christian actor, he asked the director if he could rewrite the line so he wouldn't have to say b!ch. So the director agreed, and Chris tried to say the line several different ways without cursing, but nothing he said made an impact, so ultimately, he decided to curse and it turned out to be one of the most memorable lines in the film.

Fun Fact: Don Cheadles character, Kenny, was the inspiration for kendrick Lamar's alter ego "Kung Fu Kenny" on the album DAMN

In that scene when they were running in traffic with Trash Cans and News Papers the people in traffic didnt know that was going to happen.

This one is by far is my favorite out of the series but the dynamic between lee and carter pissed me off the first half of the movie because yeah Carter kept messin up the mission but only because Lee either lied or left out important information. Most of the situations they found themselves in could've been avoided if Lee was more honest and if carter wouldn't further escalate things even after learning they we're really on assignment

I love Ziyi Zhang (Hu Li) in this movie. She plays a villain so well, rocks a red lipstick, and makes a great femme fatale. She was also great in Godzilla: King Of The Monsters as Dr. Ilene Chen and Ling Chen. One of my favorite comedic parts: James Carter: Just tell me how the Triads gon' kill us. Lee: They will torture us for three days. James Carter: I can handle that. Lee: Then they will cut off our eggrolls. James Carter: Cut off our eggrolls? Hell no! Let's get the hell outta here! Side note: Michael Jackson watched this movie around the time he was planning out his short film for the song "You Rock My World" and contacted Chris Tucker for a guest starring role and Chris stated in interviews that Michael told him "I've seen your movie Rush Hour 2, you're kickin' with the wrong leg". 😆😆🤣🤣

I can see it. Lee is more of the go in and kick some ass type whereas Carter, when he's not joking around, tends to follows leads and investigate better.

everyone in the majority love rush hour 1 better than rush hour 2 and rush hour 3 the first one was popular but there are some in the miniority that love that do love rush hour 2 better than rush hour 1 well for me i love rush hour 1 i think it's a great movie it was a 9 out of 10 for me and i think rush hour 3 wasn't as good as rush hour 1 and rush hour 2 but i think it was ok i think it could been better and i love rush hour 2 so much it's not popular but there are some unpopular movies i love better than most popular ones i think rush hour 2 is an amazing best underrated sequel ever rush hour 2 is my favorite it's a 10 out of 10 for me i love a fan of the story, where is takes place it just feel like a fun adventure and i think it's funner and funnier to me than the first movie i also love the deleted scenes too that's just my difference honest opinion i think that's awesome that we have the same opinion that you also love rush hour 2 better than rush hour 1 i respect everyone's opinion

What was cool about Chris Tucker singing to Michael Jackson, aside of him being goofy as hell as always in anything he does, was the fact that he ended up doing a music video to "Rock My World" with him sometime after this movie, so he got to rub shoulders with one of his idols after years of in a way paying tribute with his impersonations and jokes on MJ from stand-up to movies like Friday and now Rush Hour which just makes his karaoke scene a greater highlight to his career than before, in my opinion

Originally they were going to have Carter make a joke about the old lady moving slow, but they switched it to the lady making that comment which I think was the better option. Lol
