People think this is so stupid and irrational and rash but I feel it is how it is. Why does anyone have to be practical all the time. Gut feeling, risk capacity, self belief bhi koi chiz hoti hai!

Backup depends on your luck. I have been lucky that I succeeded without backups while taking some decisions. I also have been unlucky where my backups have also failed. All you can do is think before you act and always try. But still backup is important. Only go ahead without backup in worst case scenario.

Stable mind is ocean of knowledge, I was also same like this women, but left and spent a year in leh returned with much much stable and calm version of myself.

i can relate to it,, i used to work in microsoft usa on a hectic schedule,, On similiar lines, i left it and now live in small town india,, Some of it is by accident, some of it by choice,, Also, some small regrets are there, but overall it opens new vistas and new experiences,,

Your journey reminds me of two foreigners I met at Uttarakhand who were working in a school and exploring Uttarakhand. After 1 year they had a plan to go back to their country and when I asked them whether they would take a job in a school in their country, both of them said "Don't know" let see. I was quite surprised to hear this answer. And now I watched ur video and remembered both of them. It's not necessary that everyone should follow the carrier path which most Indians pre-decide. Thank you for this video, I found the answer that I'm struggling with, I Lost my job 2 months ago and luckily I found the other one in 15 days but this time the job was in another city so I packed and came here and now I got an offer from the last city with the increment of 80% and literally it's too much for me but my mind is not satisfied to go back. Because I'm enjoying here in less salary, I feel this is the life that I wanted. and now after watching your video I am pretty sure that I don't wanna go back.

But then your motive, journey is yours and you may wanna work for money and growth and not for Other reasons like hers. In my case when I moved aboard I worked anything and everything which came my way. I never worked for fun and I didn’t care how tough the job was I just did it. And I changed lots of company for growth. And eventually now I run my own company so the bottom line is I never work for relaxation environment etc. I know it’s gonna be tough and I don’t mind if I make money out of it.

You are a true person .All the best for your success journey of satisfaction.
