this is why I love skating the whole build up to landing a trick. Wanting nothing more than to land it. lots of anger, frustration, and learning during the days, weeks, months of practice. Then when you finally land it there is no other feeling like it, it feels so good its indescribable. l love the vids man keep up the good work.
I love the concept of learning so many different skills, but it also reminds me of why mastery is so much more admired, versus the short term acquisition of a skill without a deep understanding of the rest of the field of that skill.

I decided to subscribe you after I watch a few videos you posted. I'm from Tawian. This is the first video I saw from you, you're just insane! You really don't give up on learning new things even though you failed many times . Learning those skills aren't very easy, the animation you made is also impressive! I don't really comment on KZread but you made me admire you! Good job and gotta keep learning new stuff!
I just discovered your channel through recommendations and Im completely hooked. Only now it hits me that lerning different hobbys is also an hobby. I believe i always struggled to find something i wanna stick with, i just want to try everything, and I felt really bad about not committing to a single thing with all of my energy and instead "waste" it on so many small interests. Its so amazing to see somebody who made the problem I personally struggle with and made them his live-goal. Its inspiring, really. Also its so funny to me that the things you learnd are often the things I also tried haha. I currently am skating since 3 years, i learned juggling (really badly tho), i also tryed the butterfly knive and the pen spinning tricks. +breackdancing, handstand, piano (5 years lessions now), longboard dancing (its actually really fun, you could try it sometime), drawing and painting, rubix cube, grafitti, kendama, soccer, weird handy-throwing tricks (i dont even know if it has a name lmao haha), playing the flute, running in a competition, writing a book... I am currently struggling with my education and what i want my career to be because of the same problem: I cant decide haha Anyway thank you so much for being an inspiration, maybe you found something in my list you could try if you're still seeking for new things. :)

This guy right here answered a question which i was in my mind for a long time the question was why do i not feel like getting out of bed in the morning and why is my life so boring. It is really cool seeing the mistakes you made and knowing that you had the determination to keep trying.. So many of us mess up and think we are just unable to learn something..But the Reality is even PROs started off as newbies who had no clue how to pull stuff off til they fell a hundred times , the only difference is they got mad and did it 101 times instead of giving up.. After skating for over ten years, sometimes I forget how overwhelmingly difficult it was to learn each and every new trick. Some would take hours, some would take months. I know it's too late, but I recommend learning while in motion. It will make your life 1000x easier. If you do this again, try a heel flip or some variation of shove-it, but while moving forward. Extremely satisfying.
This video was inspirational for me in different ways.. Thank you!

Congratulation Mike for the kickflip and your dedication to learning. In my youth I have skateboarded for 8years or so. I can totally agree that this is one of the hardest sports in the history of sport, as you can combine any trick with (almost) every trick and do them normal stance, switch, fakie or nollie.
You should give another try with the backflip, I'm 100% sure that you're gonna make it at some point, keep up grinding, you're doing amazing.

You just made my day better!🙏👏😄
The laugh at 5:47 truly made my day
Congrats on yout first kickflip! I will forever remember mine🔥
2:30 for the kick the best way I can give you advice is tuck like a figure skater and throw your arms twice, its sounds weird but you throw your elbows and your legs will just follow, after throwing your arms tuck them close and you spin very fast. Im a black belt in taekwondo and im doing that kick as a board break in nationals this weekend. I promise youll land it everytime if you follow those steps and break any mental blocks cause learning the kick is painful.
Now you see why skaters love skateboarding so much. The feeling you get when you land tricks youve been trying to do forever is pure euphoria.
You are really talented bro keep it up 😉

Ye he is
You are really cool and entertaining. I am quite a lot like you and I got so obsessed with acrobatics like you, I learned how to do a backflip in a week. So just a little tip for the 540 kick, is that you should use your arms more to build up momentum, this allows you to get a quicker rotation.
You can do it i believe in you!+ count on you!
i skateboarded for 2 years and never could land a kickflip only a heelflip i have so much respect for skaters
You can do anything with hard work and perseverance
But good job man, definitely creating inspiration. Appreciate you
I dont know why but you makes me inspired and want to work harder thank you :D
Well done Mike!
3:47 his impression of his girlfriend is better than any other of the skills lol
Standing still kick flip you almost have to jump towards the nose of the board. You have determination like no other bro!
ironically ive heard doing stationary tricks are harder then rolling tricks, really cool video glad it showed up on my recommended!
This guy is the definition on a legend
7:46 that's what she said😂
Yo I legit got hyped for you when you landed that solid ass kick flip!
This man’s patient is so good keep up the good work
2:01 "errrrgh I wanna cut this foot off!"
"I learned 92 skills and people told me i probably forgot them all, so I proved i can still do 11 of them and relearned 1!"
I do Taekwondo, the 540 kick was the very first hurdle I had to pass to get to other high level spinning kicks. It was a long winding process, I’m really impressed that you do it pretty well.
Its a really inspirational video. Even if you "forgot" how to do something, the next time round it will take way less time to get back into it.
omg the dedication! so much pain in each video lol
The reason you struggled on the 540 kick was because you didn't turn your body with your leg. To be able to have a smooth spin you need to turn your body with your leg, instead of having your body stationary and your leg going ahead, this stops you from spinning 540. And to spin faster try bringing you arms into your body while your spinning in the air. Hope this helps 😄👍
