They do have this, but it's not labeled nor put out there. Say there's a number one contender in your universe, and there was someone ranked 2, before them. If you put them in a match, and the number 2 contender wins. They become the number 1 contender. This also isn't just for the 1 contender spot, but if you put superstars who are all after the same title, all in a match, then whoever wins will go up the contender list. It's shown in divisions, in universe mode. But if you truly want this to happen, sometimes you'll have to manually book them because the ai sometimes doesn't book the people you want.

fun fact if u have the community creation brock lesnar, they actually have special lines for him and Punk 1v1 aswell

Same for Damian priest it has his plates before Cody Rhodes it doesn't have the plates for the title is it the same for you because I'm on PlayStation 5 PS4 edition is the Cody Rhodes plates on the universal championship there for you

I’m glad that 2K fixed the World Heavyweight Championship, also REALLY COOL that we got a CM Punk championship entrance wasn’t expecting that. Plus the new weapons are AWESOME 🔥

Most important in my opinion would be Santos without the LWO shirt and with his Legado del Fantasma theme/video.

If you get 5 specific my faction cards you get a new Rock ‘24 persona card with updated tattoo. Positive they just used Status’s modded model and gave it a different attire lol

The figure ones make sense. But to save on images I’d rather make a wrestling attire for updated rock than have a modded rock model with custom logos.

They didn't 'use what'sthestatus Modded model' what'sthestatus took that model from the game files and released it. It was always gonna be in the game, it was just hidden in the files, where status got it from and modded it into the game.

⁠@@truthseeker1867no, you’re wrong asf, this version of the rock was added after the punk pack dropped as ppl would’ve already found his model just like how modders found CM Punks entrance hidden in the files same thing can be said for brock lesnar. what he did was mod/glitch a custom image on the current rock model, he did not use 2ks updated model, he updated the model himself using glitches and mods, you can do the same thing to change hair on certain attires, you can even add face textures to the model, next time don’t talk out your ass dude

"This Fire" is a song by Killswitch Engage. Probably why it's not in the game for CM Punks old theme

you know what i noticed with this update the dudley’s have a 3 man entrance motion it’s not an actual motion though it’s the generic one but you can select it as a template

@assemble Hey Matt, speaking of new entrances, they added one that wasn't mentioned in the patch notes. Josh Briggs finally gets his own solo entrance instead of just using Brooks Jensen's. Sadly, it is just an entrance and he still has Jensen's victory, but at least it is a start.

Side plates are the reason titles are bugged. I don’t know why they are adding more before fixing the problem

I believe what's the status has something to do with playable mangers

I just wish 2k did live updates like attires that superstars wear

I just wish they would implement these updates into my GM mode because if I form a team that was already theme the teams don’t come out together and if it’s random teams they can’t even come out with a generic put together entrance with one of the stars songs (or at least give the option for it)

I don’t know what update did it, but I realized they fixed Cena’s armband

Something i’ve noticed after this recent patch is that Tiffany Stratton’s lighting was bugged, it reverted back to the original dark lighting that it had when the game first launched, but in the entrance preview, it was normal. Now I did manage to fix the lighting myself but now her trons that show up during the beginning of her entrance no longer show up and I have no idea how to fix it. Another issue that’s been plaguing my game is the barricade trons not showing up for certain superstars, i’ve managed to fix this for some but there are still many that don’t have their barricade trons, i’ve been wondering if anyone has had this issue because 2K has not even addressed it yet.

i just went into the teams and saw that the bloodline trio entrance is the Hurt Business and changing it to the Bloodline makes Solo bow like heyman and Roman is messing with an invisible title belt.

I wish they’d put the Killswitch Engage song for Punk, that was my favorite

It's provided extra stability, I loved the double hairs but I didn't love crashing all the time. Hopefully there's a work around to allow us to have multiple hairs again, without crashing.

It was awful creativity-wise, but this glitch has caused so many crash problems on my end, so I'm sort of in the middle about that. I think 2k25 should allow double/triple hairstyles at this point on by default since they make CAWs so much more interesting when applied.

All the side plates on the belts on my game is just the standard WWE logo. PS5 and updated to the latest version.

Special commentary lines for CM Punk vs Bret Hart

Has anyone else had glitching in Universe mode since this update? I have been experiencing a lot of glitches mainly when editing a match to make a title match where it will take the champion out of the match and replace the champ with another random character.

I miss doing top rope finshers from or to unique places such as top of em chamber or top rop to announce table

!!CLARIFICATION/ THINGS IVE FOUND!! 1.) the titles are still glitched but it’s due to 2k trying to patch side plates to work on them. the whc glitches and uses the outline of the womens world championship. if you make a custom side plate with nothing there, assign it to someone with preset ones and then delete it, they’ll have none and the championships will look normal. but you trade off having custom plates 2.) if you like to simulate to ppvs in universe mode, but your champions are switching. delete all divisions. without contenders the game won’t force matches on smackdown raw and nxt for the belts, as it’s tied to that. 3.) in universe , if you want the game to count your royal rumble wins and eliminations you CANNOT edit the participants. you CAN however chose who you want to be and then win from said position, eliminating whoever, and the game will count it. wrestlemania wins and mitb wins work as intended. 4.) if you want “this fire burns” and you are on ps4/5 you just have go to spotify and go to hit the play button on it as soon as punk enters. the game will automatically cut off cult of personality and start it again whenever you pause spotify 5.) and just a bonus. if you hold r2 (or corresponding button ) during a wake up taunt they’ll be facing away from you, as well as if you hold it while going to the top rope you’ll be backwards , in position for things like moonsaults. this avoids always seeing the akward “turn around” animations on the ground and on the top rope HOPE THIS HELPS ANYONE WHO NEEDS IT

Punk has confirmed commentary with Rey Mysterio and Bret Hart. I haven't tried matchups like Rock or HHH yet but I wouldn't be surprised if there was.

Matt - the world title is still broken. It’s due to the custom sideplates. So if you put the title on Seth, Priest or basically anyone who has got custom sideplates assigned, it will bug out.

I’ve made so many outfits for the superstars in the ECW packs , and I have like every version of cm punk now lmao , I’m loving this update

Managers are announced with the superstars. It was hit or miss. Now says it for everyone, well 1 manager anyway

The glitch for the WHC and Women’s Championship is still there and the problem is the custom side plates… you will see that if you select a superstar without custom side plates it gets fixed

I hope in one patch we can get updated music from AJ, Priest, Kross and Bayley

I had changed the intercontinental championship to another one from community creations & Gunther Has His Side Plates On It

From what I have heard, the WrestleMania 40 Arena will be available for download in August.

Idk if its me but i keep playing as Seth Rollins and Solo Sikoa and Bianca Belair and some other wrestlers their barracade titantrons dont show their titantron idk if its a glitch or if its just me and idk how to fix it

The match table thing is still broken.. I made a show that always has 6 man tags as the main event and the US championship was defended in a 6man tag

As far as I know (this is on PC) the world title the women’s world title AND the wwe women’s title are all glitching once custom side plates are equipped. The only one that seems to work normally is the UWU title

What I find Matt is when I use 1 or 2 finishers they kick out but as soon as I do a normal move straight after it’s 1,2,3 it’s so annoying and spoils my enjoyment

you can do this with wiliam rigel but i think it was in the game befor this patch with regals manager atier

I wish 2K would have updated Punks attire pieces in create mode. Honestly they just need to go through and add the stars to the trunks and boots lol

I hope one day they fix the "adjective title" in gm mode. If you do WCW in gm mode and have a world title match. Corey Graves calls it the "adjective title" when the ref is holding the title up before he rings the bell. It's really annoying it's been that way since 2k23

I played CM Punk vs Bret Hart and the commentators mentioned that Hart was an idol for Punk.

One more thing that most didn’t know is that the bug for a custom entrance has been fixed in this newest patch.

@@Ultrakevin125 if you did a custom entrance (like first half being bad bunny and the second half being Jey) it’ll only work with the first attire and the second attire would be the default entrance that starts. I have a video that I’ve uploaded if you want to check it out. But since this new patch now the custom entrance works.

One thing driving me insane in Universe Mode is at Money in the Bank I had LA Knight win the MITB Briefcase. No matter what I tweak and change I can't get an entrance with him carrying the MITB Briefcase. Anyone have a work around for this???

They should allow us to select wrestlers old songs from old games like they do with attires

anyone else's game not allowing them to use alternate attires on any Superstar when editing matches? Also sometimes when I give someone a manager for a match it bugs out and makes them have the same manager. Game is full of bugs

Regal is playabie with manager attire as well!

Two cool ideas for 25, what do you think? 1. Make it so you can scan pictures of people and create superstars with them. 2. Make creators able to upload music.

What happened to the WrestleMania XL arena??

I love the new weapons, my only minor complaint is I feel like certain weapons should be an instant bleed (Unless you have a first blood match obviously) yeah I use Universe Mode exclusively once I beat My Rise and the fact that it is always a chore is irritating maybe by 2065 they'll have it fixed I mean I likely wont be playing but never the less..lol

Yeah and they messed up the NWO Wolfpac tag team entrance theme and music for Kevin, Nash and Scott Hall for the PS5 because now when I go to use them for tag team, I don’t hear the NWO Wolfpac song and you see the black-and-white NWO logo on the Tron instead of the red please look into this Matt keep up the good work I like your stuff Yeaaahhh!!!

William Regal is a Wrestler/Manager Attire

They need double champion tag team entrances. I thought they would of at least left in last years Uso's entrance,. Unless I can't find it. More choices for double champion single entrances too.

I loveeee all the changes but they really need to put energy into the belt clippings. It’s a shame when you customize attires and they wear the belts over the clothes instead of inside of they clothes

ifyou put side plates to world heavyweight title it clitchess out. Normalliy without the sideplates it works

Why do some of the default teams not have team announce? They just updated Unholy Union, but they still don't have a team announcement. Still no entrance motion or team announcement for the World Tag Champs Awesome Truth, or the WWE Tag Champs A Town Down Under.

Online is really unplayable each patch it gets worse if you double tap circle on the side while the opponent is on the ground it kicks everyone out the match

In that patch the good slider in 1.06 patch is gone i did 1 superfinisher from the turnbuckle and 3 batista bomb to r truth he could still kickout? Slider is gone

Punk also has post match commentary with Rey

Image glitch is still an issue downloaded JYD his attire stars replaced 2 portraits in other caw slots smh

Shane Mcmahon also has a manager attire it automatically sets when he's a manager
