I'm in the same boat about DX. It's truly baffling. It's not like DX was a small time tag team, they were a huge part of wrestling history, culture, and the Monday Night Wars. On the same tier as nWo. How is their music and tag entrance not in the game???

Haven’t touched showcase and is available for me.

I created my own Golden era universe mode , classic arenas , Golden era wrestlers, just 4 titles Winged eagle, inter , tag team and million dollar belt. Love it

The DX theme is coming. They'll release it in myfaction. You'll have to earn 5 oddities to get it. And they'll give you 3 or 4 for free. The 5th only being achieved on packs.

Deletion utility tip...MyGM mode rosters as well. Of a "character" is ACTIVE, U cannot delete said character

Thanks for the GM mode tip to change everyone to specialist. I literally only played once because I didn’t want do the whole role system. This makes me want to try the mode out again doing matches I want to do and not having to worry!

Just use X-Pac Theme for DX close enough. DX should be in there yes but X-Pac Theme is Better than nothing.

You don’t need the 40 years edition for The Authority (King of Kings). I have it and I don’t have the 40 Years edition. He’s unlocked by completing the WrestleMania 31 showcase objectives, and unlocking bald Triple H and Steph with VC. Once you have Seth, Triple H, and Steph, they show up as a stable named The Authority.

The ongoing DX entrance debacle is inexcusable at this point. It’s another example of small yet egregious problems that are left unfixed year over year.

one other thing about custom rosters for myGM, you don't have to finish right away. if you have to back out, it will allow you to still save your roaster, even if you back all the way out of the myGM game you just started. it's a little inconvenient if all you wanna do is edit a roster to go through picking GMs and scroll through the setup menu, but it's at least doable.

I've just noticed in my faction the "A rising tsunami" live event mentions you faced Bronson Reed. I face Nathan Frazier, they seem to be have a lot of issues with this mode recently with the whole Gunther card of nerfing the rewards.

In mygm.. if you lower the popularity for each star when you edit the roster.. You'll lower the contract cost for each in draft. So you can draft more ppl instead of using local.

Yes I’m tired of the manager just taking the turnbuckle off hundred times.

When i am spectating a match, I like to do free roam cam and view it from different seated vantage points and linger there, just to see how I might have viewed it if I attended the show. It is a cool feature. I even did that once from the announce table at Cole’s perspective, to see how it is viewed from where they sit. If they could make a “record button” to hold down on occasion during this, it’d go far in crafting custom titan trons. Angles, zoom ins, etc.

One thing to also mention Matt. When u were showing R Truth and how to custom image him. When you hit yes... it actually puts Truth as a second version in the character select screen. If u say no, like I do. Instead, you go to your Charcater select screen, hit R Truth, and u will see that attire you saves directly under the game Character instead of him being an actual second version of the character. U can do this for moltable attires for that character if you want. If you select "Yes", let's say you made 4 attires for Alexa Bliss, well than you'd have actually 4 versions of her on select screen instead of having all those attires under one charcater.

the class change tip was probably the most clutch tip i've gotten so far. tired of using dudes like axiom for my IC/US title feud just because i wanna build up gunther or using like truth (i do use him in tag teams) duke hudson to compete with bray or bron every time

Yes this why I didn’t play it either. Something that doesn’t make sense is you can’t do face vs face in MyGM mode.

🎶 Bow Down to King 🎶 is very underrated in my opinion. I’m glad that there are special MITB introductions for Theory and Priest 🔥

I like that the class system isn't such a factor in gm mode this year. It lets class be an extra factor to make a rivalry interesting, much more like real product.

What I was thinking of doing for My GM is I'm thinking of changing all my wrestlers to specialists and then maybe that way I can sign who ever and just draft who I actually want and book how i want

Do you know any way to change the default ring experience levels in mygm? As Scarlett starting with 15 is funny but kind of annoying, likewise promo skills. Also do you know what happened to being able to change the default attires in the roster menu since it was useful to change the attires in mygm and it is odd to me that it was removed.

are the custom images still available for in game superstars? Like last years where you select no, select the image, then select yes?

Just to add a word of caution to the Deletion Utility option: I'd advise players against using the Y and Triangle option to automatically delete unused images etc. Almost yearly dating back to around 2K18/19, the auto-delete option has always been buggy in 1 way or another. Sometimes it may work for a while then an update comes out and something in it breaks. E.g.I think for 2K23, renders were marked as unused for some reason, i guess since the game recognized it wasnt an image used 'physically' on any creation. Ended up deleting all my 50+ renders. Also, with the lil soft-mods we get from our PC player brethren, like for arenas etc. Sometimes things are added in those creations that The game may not recognize or count(toward the image count), but the Auto-delete function may pick it up as unused and delete it, causing the creations not to work and stuff. Safe bet: take like half an hour once a month and go through each item to manually select and delete.

Yea i did the y method to delete images for space and images from other customs are appearing on newly downloaded customs and i can’t delete the glitched images

Draft is exactly 73 wrestlers Pick and Make active the wrestlers you want then turn the wrestlers you dont care about to inactive. Youll get the same draft pool everytime with all your favorites and no unwanted There are 90 default local talent. You can download a bunch of wrestlers from community creations, turn the default local talent to inactive and make whoever you want local talents that you can pick up later. Its tedius the first time so SAVE your custom draft and wallah! now MyGM is hella REALISTIC. And now you dont care too much about not getting your favorites during the draft because now you have real wrestlers as locals

I just discovered something cool I have the deluxe version of 2k24 and the king of king theme can be unlocked after completing the Seth Rollins match in showcase as it unlocks the tag team for the authority

The entrances thing never made sense to me. Another one I noticed when I went looking is that they have Bayley's old 2015-16 entrance motion, but not the music. Why put in one without the other

The authority theme is in the base version. I use it for Triple H and all I have is the base version.

Does the unused images utility work correctly this year or will it once again delete stuff it shouldn't?

I keep playing 2k19. All the themes the tags the stars… 2k24 the game looks great and plays great but so many things need to be added

I got insufficient memory error even with deleting stuff properly. Apparently lot of people having that glitch, haven't checked since update tho

They really fucked up Community Creations this year. I've currently got 68 CAWs downloaded, all with only one attire and minimal custom images, zero arenas, zero shows but my game's memory is chockablock, cannot download anything else without the warning telling me to clear space. I'm not really one to complain usually but this is really pissing me off this year.

The DX thing is getting beyond annoying. I think what they should do is instead of having generic music in the game (like 80s rock 1 & 2 or whatever) and we cant save music to the consoles for themes, they should add the WWE owned themes. I know they couldn't do them all, but they'd be able to a lot. And they wouldn't have to name the superstar if they didn't want to. And if the theme has a wrestler in it like the Road Warriors' has Hawk saying what a rush, they could crop it out for legal reasons. Not exactly the same, but damn close.

I got the Authority theme too and I have the standard edition. When you unlock Seth Rollins 15 you get it.

I can’t even play 2K, the 922MB data size has stopped me from deleting anything and I can’t even play the game without a message prompt. I’m debating rather I should wait on the next patch because I reported it to 2K and they’ve responded with they are looking into it or just delete my data and start all over, personally I don’t want to start all over because showcase was a pain in the ass. Does anyone have any suggestions or is anyone suffering too?
