I have seen both the parts. Couple of comments if you don't mind madam. I appreciate you took lot of pains and edits to make it very impressive. 1) Suraksha lpg pipes with reinforcement or without it has less life. That's why it is always better to run it in PVC/ CPVC conduit pipes to remove and install again with fresh one (2) below sink water purifiers are normally RO based. If you are using municipal drinking water. It's TDS will be around 150ppm. These RO purifiers reduces the TDS further and the water would not be healthy. Further there will be a wastage of water from 30 to 50% (3) Duco are automotive paints used for cars/ bikes etc and gives good finish (4) You can install an instant geyser under sink also if the enough space is there and is useful in winters (5) most of the inbuilt hubs require 16A socket for self ignition (6) You can use laminates inside kitchen cabinets and drawers for ease in cleaning of spillages though it costs a bit more compared to enamel paints (7) for bathroom door frames granite would be better. Of course nano slabs can also be used. Thanks for giving insights into home design. Congrats you have made a beautiful home.

@@BLikeBINDU all branded are good. But the switch should be accessable on the wall. Remember the instant geysers are not of auto switch off. You have to switch it on when u open the tap and u should switch it off when u close the tap. Otherwise it will be disastrous.

@@BLikeBINDU and one more thing. U don't require hot and cold water dual inlet tap. Single inlet tap is sufficient if u use instant geyser
