Never stop man. Nothing has come close to your channel for me in terms of recovery progress. Finally starting to live my life after 3 years again. I know it came down to me doing what I had to do but I couldn’t be be more thankful. Have a great trip.

Thank you so much, I needed this word of encouragement. I live in the UK and had anxiety/panic/severe sensitised nervous system for around many years. It’s difficult, most horrible thing - it can be debilitating and make you literally feel your disabled with no hope. Every day is a new day, I choose to embrace it. Accept the feelings of anxiety, no matter what it throws at you.

Man these videos really do help me on my journey of overcoming this. Today I finally will make the big step of leaving my house for over an hour, first time in over two years. I’m terrified, but know nothing bad is going to happen to me. Thanks for all the motivation you bring us all. 🙌

Hi Glenn, hope you are well! I have been doing exposure 2-3 times a week now and making big leaps in my recovery. I'm finding my thoughts are still here currently and I feel like they are what is keeping me back from a full recovery. It doesn't matter what I've accomplished during the week, when I get back home I get these thoughts like "you won't be able to do it again" or still feeling intense fear of upcoming events even though I've been to the places with said events. Do you have any tips for dealing with these thoughts? Cheers.

My worst fear is having a panic attack in public, but I can't stand beingn at home. So I'm volunteering at a charity shop to get me out, I went once no stress so far. Fingers crossed 🤞
