Woke during the middle of the night with the exact thoughts you described in the video. Interesting how similar they are to mine. Almost like we're not alone!

Hey man, thanks for your work! Did you also developed some sort of excessive sighing when you had your panic attacks/Agoraphobia? That is actually the problem with me, the fear of not getting enough air when i cannot sigh, and then the downward spiral begins. Kind regards from Germany

I know. It's awful I understand you as you know I've lived this for manyyyyy years. Trust me you will not lose your mind. You must leave your house gradually every day and go into the fear. I choose life over fear 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Hi man. Yes those symptoms can be so frightening and annoying but your response is key here. If you keep reacting in fear and wanting to push it all away and "get rid" of it which is of course natural as we don't want to feel this way. But it's the wrong approach in dealing with this. If we accept and have a mindset of " I literally don't care anymore" allow any symptoms to be there without reacting in our old ways of fearing it and pushing it away. If we allow it..... We give the nervous system a chance to FINALLY heal. If we don't accept it we stay stuck in the cycle of fear - adrenaline - fear and our nervous systems take longer to heal. It's all about healing that nervous system
