Maybe Ridgy is protective due to Vivis' injury. The baby might have been dragged on her face or like Mr. M. said a face plant. Luckily Vivis' sisters will help protect her. Knitty is so cute! Gypsy seems to be relaxing more. I'm happy for Knotty. I had a baby like Spunky, all I did was chase her as a toddler! I feel for Sally, but she is the perfect mother for the frolicking, dancing, twirling, Spunky.

How they don't wind up roadkill more often is beyond me...

They all look much healthier since people aren't feeding them That's so awesome now they need to forage and get some healthy energy back!

Eddie and Spock look so much a like - it's funny. Watching Spocky go from one side of the moutnain wall to the other was entertaining, as well as up and down again lol.

I think Bossy showed amazing patience with Spunky. She hasn't been that patient a lot of the time this year. But Spunky would drive me crazy with her super hyperactive behavior. Poor Mom Sally trying to keep Spunky safe.

I love watching these very special times in these animals life. I love Baty and Dopey...and of course all the rest but those just get me to laughing. I am handicapped and you have no idea how special these families are to watch. I hope the people show up soon to give them some food for the night.

Spunky cracks me up!!! All the babies are still beautiful!!! I hope they all make it!

I just went and read the wiki about these guys and it doesn’t say anything about begging being part of their diet. So if they get hungry enough they will need to go start foraging and eat the way they’re supposed to. I appreciate that they come to the road so you can get video for us and I appreciate all the work you do.

Love all you do to feeding them, your taking time to visit and video and share with all of us.I don't know how you do everything you do. And i know it has to be hard not to want to hold those precious babies. Thank you for sharing with us.

Spunky is downright hyperactive 4+, lol! All the monkeys scare me when they dart out in front of a vehicle & just sit in the middle of the road when a vehicle(s) comes. There could so easily be an accident.

I wonder how big and intelligent this species of monkeys would get if they were able to get enough food and water ? . Also , maybe more genetic diversity ( mix it up with other troups ) .

The first baby was so cute but do fragile looking. The second baby looks JUST like Mickey did! Just not as dark. But that first baby was unbelievably adorable! Sooooo tiny I love her! 🐵💋

I don't get why the forest rangers or wardens? or whatever the proper terminology is. I think they could come up with a plan on ways to get them to forage again. The monkeys are obviously very intelligent so why wouldn't they rangers put several feeding stations in the deep woods where they came from. They could throw the seeds, fruit,ect... in the forest at the feeding stations so that they can forage for the goodies that they so desperately love. I just hate that there are all in the road all the time, it is so dangerous. They will fallow who ever has the food. And once they know that there are places in the forest to look for. They know the sound of truck and cars, even when a trunk opens! I know they would be happier and out of that twisted winding death trap of a road! Nobody knows the situation of the monkeys is though, I think if it was possible they would have done it all ready. My heart goes out to those little monkeys. The monkeys where hear first. 🚷

Hey Arroz when you say Bossy is expecting you don't mean a baby right you mean expecting handouts of goodies? I think that might have confused a few people. I wondered the same thing, looked like she is cleaning up the poo & pee baby monkey did on the ground. I know its weird but most animals do this. My dog loves to eat cat shit. Go figure.

Unfortunately, For some reason I believe that we must be on waiting for another tragic baby raising like raising poor knotty, ,,,, poor knitty is at the same line of her brother,,,,,really, really I hope my opinion be wrong

It's such a shame to see them on the road every time just sitting there all day or Atleast for hours on end waiting for any goodies that may come their way and begging.. That's how babies (esp) get killed. Perfect example, when Spunky wouldn't stay put just crossing that road nonstop and even running then stopping in the middle of the road and just stood there.. He could have been hit and I've seen any times when they just lay in the road expecting cars to just stop for them. I don't mean this in a mean way but they have become soo dependent on handouts and begging so much anymore.. I wish so many humans wouldn't feed them so much/often so they don't depend on it so much verse them just randomly receiving something and them looking at it more as a "treat" verse expecting it to arrive at any time (there been days where Arrroz was filming later in the day in the past where it was getting dark and yet they were still sitting there waiting)., I just wish the Humans would focus on bringing them regular handouts in dead of winter when they don't have too much and where it actually does in handy..

+A W that's taken in the summer so there's wild berries and other goodies in the forest for them so the irregular feeding might be a blessing in disguise so that they won't lose their skill to forage and pass that onto their kids.
