So you got covid and your first plan is to travel around to as many places as you can muster the energy, get on a plane full of people, go through airports, taxis, etc. It's evident thinking about your impact on others is not high on your list of character traits.

Looks like your in Mactan. I don't get the hype with Cebu city really. Cities in Western Visayas are fare more organized, cleaner and cheaper with more healthy options.

Look after yourself mate. Unfortunately, the philippines does not have the quality food of Thailand. Try to boost your vitamin levels and just stay in the one place as long as you can to get it out of your system. Most important in the philippines - just stay safe.

Yeah it sucks being ill when you’re travelling. I had really bad flu last month when I was travelling around Italy and Switzerland… you try to push through it but it’s pretty shit .
