I almost cried of this song. Goosebumps and nostalgia.

I remember the first time I heard this song was in the movie He-Man and She-Ra:The Secret of the Sword and it was also used as the ending theme song for the series She-Ra the Princess of Power.

@dovoro Actually, the instrumental / non-vocal parts I took from the DVD menu screen for the movie. It's only that fragment you hear on the menu screen then it loops over again. Wish I did have the full non-vocal version though. Glad you like it. Just made use of what I could find.

Just say the great rebellion did defeat the Horde and free Etheria. Any fans of the show can imagine what a lovely planet that would be to live on if that were the case (& yes I’m aware I’m talking about a 2D 80’s cartoon, but this is the power they have). I kind of Blended together what was out there to make this version. Fantastic version of the song. My only niggle is with the accompanying picture; I wish the Crystal Castle could have been more balanced against Castle Greyskull. Yeah, Greyskull is the mystic heart of the universe and all that jazz, but so far as Adora/She-Ra/Etheria was concerned, it was *their* heart and soul in the same way that Greyskull was to Adam/He-Man/Eternia.

I'd have taken the younger-sounding tenor voice for the first verse, then transitioned to the stronger male voice when Adam turns into He-Man.

Nah, it makes more sense they are siblings. Both draw powers from grayscull castle, and only the royal family of eternia can manifest this power
