The heart is literally at the same state as mine is. It has become harder to befriend me. Me who is born with disorders and a syndrome from birth to today. Everyone uses my past to win arguments, whether it be relationship related, or anything else, it just hurts like hell and makes me want to stay away from people. I know that not everyone is mean, but come on, you have to agree that most of them are. All I ever wanted is a healthy relationship and real friends, but I always end up in the opposite. I do calisthenics everyday, and no one messes with me. They do sometimes, and I get mad, they be in church so they’re really lucky, because if they were outside the church, man I’d be swinging in them for hours

This happened to me, so few years back, I used to lie a lot, I was in depression and I didn’t know what were I doing so I used to lie a lot to skip school, because I had school anxiety and because of that I also got beaten and scoldings from teachers a lot and everyone started to hate me, that’s why my “friend” started to maintain distance from me because she used to feel embarrassed that I’m her friend so she completely dumped me, but she’s still my friend because I forgave her even thought she didn’t apologise, she never accepts her mistakes,argues a lot, never congratulates me for my achievements and whenever we have an argument, she starts to bring my past into it like this one time she lied that her work was complete and I didn’t believe her so I asked her politely if she was lying and this girl had the audacity to say, “ I’m not like you, I don’t lie” and I knew how much she lies, like every time if she’s loosing an argument, she start to talk about my past because I always score better than her in everything so to ruin my image she brings my past and says “she lied a lot but we forgave her” and the worst part is that she’s still my friend but I decided that I’ll slowly distance her because one day she’s gonna put me into a mental breakdown! (Sorry, long comment😅)

someone use our past to win the argument because we make our present bright and successful so they have no words for our present 💯
