I will agree Anna is very pretty, and if we were pretty young white women, we’d use that to its full marketing advantage in whatever KZread business we had too. It’s unfair and unfortunate, but whatever. Believe me, I don’t simp LOL.

@@Ism0Lait3la I disagree. Positionally hopeless after about 12-13 moves. No activity, blocked files, horrible king position. She still had a minute by then. Her whole problem, as far as I see it in these games, is that she is playing too reactionary, and can't settle on one or two ideas or gameplans. It's the biggest reason why she won't get to a rating of 2400 and above. Her opening theory is ok, her endgame is ok, she is decent at calculation, but strategically it's lacking.

Wow, what an exciting match against Alexandra Botez! I'm just a 6-year-old chess enthusiast, but I was on the edge of my seat watching this. Your strategic moves and quick thinking really showcased your skills. Even though it was a tough game, I loved how you managed the pressure, especially when you planned to break Alexandra's bishop pair and the tricky situation with your queen. It was a bit scary when you were running low on time, but you kept your cool. Can't wait to see your next game, and maybe I can learn some more great moves. Chess is awesome, and so are you!

We have have this trait, it is a question of recognizing it and changing. Consistently being late or slow, especially for smart people, is a sign you are trying to draw attention to yourself. It is a tactic for people to bend to you. This may be helpful at times in chess but not if it gets you in time trouble consistently. Use when an opponent has made a bad move to let them stew in it, or maybe after a loss of a piece. Otherwise trust yourself and keep moving as a plan.
