I GOT A PONY!! Meet my new 10 month old rescue 💙
Over the past few months I have been on the look out for another little body to join my girl gang 💁🏻♀️
I saw on Facebook a post from the Animal Health Trust needed to find new homes for 30 Welsh Mountain ponies because they were closing down... so obviously I jumped at the opportunity 💙
The ponies that were left were only babies, all around 10 months old (aww) Id never dealt with a youngster before, so this was going to be a real learning experience- for both of us!
I’m so happy that I have been able to offer a forever loving home to this little filly, she’ll be a super star mini eventer one day, you wait and see 🤩

Well done Lucy, she’s fabulous and you’re going to have great fun teaching her. Arnold was unhandled and my god it was a wake up call having had Oscar the perfect pony for such a long time. X

How good is the amount of poo a pony does! I just got a welsh section a as a companion for my horse and it makes me happy every morning that her stable only has one pooper scoop of poo in it! It’s the small things 😂

We’ve got a rescue pony. They are the best. We rescued from Greenacres locally. We film our adventures like you ❤
You could put the wormer in her feed
Amazing that you’ve rescued, she’s beautiful! You should take a look at Hannah Weston’s instagram @connectiontraining she is an incredible +R trainer that works with rescues a lot. She gives lots of advice on her instagram and has a website too. I’ve worked with her at the equine rescue centre I used to work at (Hope pastures in Yorkshire) where she volunteers her services and I learnt so much from her. Shes worked wonders for even the most feral of ponies and donkeys there. Her methods really bring out the best in horses that are happy and willing. Good luck to you both :)

Reet Petite Gino is now with a professional event rider! Last season he completed his first BE100 so he’s come a long way, she’s done a super job with him 👏🏻 x

No megs lara went to a breeding farm because she was having so many issues staying sound
How big will she be full grown?
WHY DIDNT YOU HAVE YOU FOLLOW INTO A STALL TO EAT AND KEEP HER IN THERE TIL SHE WAS MORE TAMED UP?
