The difference between a pony phase and a horse phase Horse phase is when you are with horses your whole life but when your about 8 you take a break from JUST RIDING and shadow vets, farriers, trainers ECT. And about 10 your right back into riding and competing and FULLY committed The pony phase- welp.. Annie's the definition of it!!!

“We got her a horse!” A few months later “we’re moving to la!” I would rather break my arm then you get a horse! You know nothing about then! Can’t even canter! How to know your ready for a horse, 1. Can canter properly 2. Know what and what amount of food to give them 3. Know what the horse could spook at (*cough cough* big balloons) 4. Have a car that can pull a horse box (trailer) 5. Knowing how to groom them 6. Knowing how to give them a fricken CARROT! 7. Not moving a few months after you get your horse that you apparently “wanted for so long” 8. Not being a green rider. Yes because the only thing that matters when you get a horse is that you have views! And horses get to be squeezed and they won't get mad at ALL!!!!!!!!!

High Low Exactly I got my horse when I turned 14 on Tuesday and I'd wanted one since I was 12. My parents and I hunted and searched for 2 years. I have a horse named Copper and it's not easy. I have to walk to my barn everyday to either care for Copper ride Copper or play with Copper. Annie seems very busy and I don't think it will work out.

This family goes through so many animals it’s making me insane. I have been an equestrian for 10 years now and I still don’t feel 100% comfortable with owning a horse of my own. This family is traveling all the time and you can’t tell me they have time for all these animals especially a large animal like a horse. Smh 🤦🏻‍♀️

Is anyone watching this in 2018? And does anyone know where Luna is? I worked for a very long time to get myself a horse, and have had my mare for 10 years, she is now 25 and I have never missed a single day without seeing her! The sad thing is that she was a slaughter house rescue who was abandoned by a 10 year old, kind of similar to this situation. This is supporting bad behavior to children getting horses if their not ready.

Please sell Luna or lease her out so she can get trained. A 3yo horse or pony is not good with a girl that has taken what 3 lessons? GREEN horse and a GREEN rider is not good. The trainer in the video said "you are crazy" please train her. She's not broke and a green horse and green rider is black and blue. Please listen to the comments. This is not a good situation for the rider or horse. Maybe get a 10-17 yo horse that knows what they are doing. Annie hasn't even jumped yet and holds onto the saddle while she canters. I'm waiting for a video that says "why we are getting rid of Luna" and Luna is going to get slaughtered because no one will want her. You got her a horse because of 4 million followers? I have been ridding for 3+ years and where's my horse? Oh yeah that's right I don't have one. Please sell or lease Luna out its so much better for the rider and horse

If they made the agreement "a long time ago" and annie was waiting "a long time"', they should have put her in lessons then because they got a completley green horse and annie wouldnt have been a completely green rider. They could have at least tought her something because this girl doesnt even know how to properly feed her a carrot. This girl wants a horse to have a horse, its not like shes been taking lessons for 5 years and is ready for a horse of her own

They honestly should of got her riding lessons for about a year or how ever long she needs, after that her first horse should be an older school master that has been there done that!

Ya just don't blame us Bratayley when Annie gets injured. You should have never bought Luna. Luna's a green horse, and Annie's a green rider. If Annie gets hurt I'll just laugh and tell you I told you so.

Honestly,what were they thinking???Please research before buying,I honestly think she's going through a phase of loving horses like most girls do.Also I feel like this isn't entirely their fault,they were misguided by the trainer who should have never agreed to sell a 3 year old mare to a 12 year old girl with no experience .The horse isn't even green it's unbroken.They should have just bought her a 20 year old ex-riding school bombproof gelding and had lessons once a week or twice a month.

True Jewel Even if she has 'liked' horses for a while it is most likely only a pony phase, even if she has liked them you need to have the experience, know how to care for the horse, you can't just like horses and suddenly know everything I've been riding for only a year and a half and I still don't know absolutely everything about horses.

1. Horses are ready to get broke at there own time, not ours 2.(not to Ben mean) but Annie seems scared around them 3. I had to WORK just to get lessons, but I LEARNED by BOOKS 4. My parents don’t have millions of dollars 5. I actually got to the stable and do the chores for NOTHING 6. I start off on a 21 YEAR OLD HORSE 7. I don’t just give a horse to a trainer and say train my horse, I would be doing something for them to train my horse 8. I don’t leave my horse at a trainers barn and leave it there for MONTHS 9.i know how to ride and not to grip the saddle 10. She is going to get big for the horse but she never sees it 11. I’m worried how my horse would be doing everyday, not traveling the whole time

"The horse isn't ready to be ridden" if it's not ready to be ridden then it's not safe because it's a very green horse and she's very inexperienced. They should have gotten her a school master- SAFE.

Okay I feel bad saying these things but I do NOT think she should have a horse. She may have had like 4 or 5 lessons but that doesn't mean she knows how to ride. Learning to ride takes more than walking on a lead line. Like seriously 😒 I have been riding for 7 years and just in February started leasing. I seriously think she should lease first, not own. PLUS A GREEN BROKE HORSE? Like come on! She's a green broke rider! She doesn't know enough! One day shes gonna ride her and something gonna happen and she's not gonna know what to do! Ugh idk, but all the other equestrians on here know what I'm talking about. Like please next time, lease, don't own. I'm done😒💀

Well guess what... She can learn WITH HER HORSE and her family can learn too. Granted she will not be in the Olympics any time soon with riding, but no one said she would be! It will take time for her to learn, but everyone has to start somewhere and if they want to start with her own horse, let them, and live your own life.

I'm a equestrian and I see this and I'm like what the heck!? you can't just give a green rider a green horse like before I got a horse I helped with a disabled ride and I had like a year of lessons before I got my own horse and I even still take some lessons so I know I'm good I took lots an lots of lessons before my family even thought about getting me a horse me and my sister even went to horse camp before we bought a horse!!😒😒
