This home is stunning. If I had a money tree, I would buy this so fast; being in that pool year round except for rainy days would make me such a happy person. :) I do think a grill/outdoor kitchen would be a great option for such a large outdoor space. I think I would also shave back the sundeck a bit so there's more pool room to swim around for exercise, then add some greenery and a water feature to the courtyard outside the kitchen window to make a tiny oasis spot that merges the pods together. Some bright pops of tropical flowers out there would be delightful!

Personally I’m not a fan of the dark finishes but it’s nicely built. Honestly I think the size of the pool is out of proportion to the size of the house overall even with the outside area. This is just a three bedroom house would only sleep 6? I would have added another bedroom.

We actually saw this while it was still under construction. The builder gave us a tour and showed us a few of his properties he had under construction. We really liked how the master bedroom bed faced the ocean. The pool is amazing and the really large fan was unique.
Spa tub is needed to sit soak view...Agree with need for solar PV.. Some sort if outdoor grill. I would at least explore putting a spa tub in that space behind. The Owners suite. Would not have to be a big on. I LOVED the type of stone used in the kitchen. Next to the "van Gouh" stone in a couple of other homes. I would place a short throw projector in the living room. You could go 100 inches easy. Who do I make the check out to.

I would have connected the second suite to the home , as it would still maintain excellent privacy from the other rooms. As far as the master bathroom goes, I like it, but all of the windows and doors would be smart glass so you could make them opaque at the flick of a switch.

GORGEOUS HOME! 😍 i agree with you with those pocket doors’ tracks.. laundry room: i’ll raise those machines by building a platform so you don’t need to bend over loading and unloading the machines.. as a triathlete.. that pool is my super duper like! 😂

I like the house a lot. It’s not too big. The only thing for me is that they put the huge pool in and that is it for the backyard. Where is the outdoor kitchen? With a pool area that large it is crazy that you would need to walk into the house to get a beverage? This is a big miss for me. I am very impressed with the retaining walls they put up.
