Hey guys! Hope you all enjoy the series as it goes on of me doing weird shit with Japanese products. It’s a series I’ve wanted to do for a while and the Qoobo at the end finally drove me to make it. I’m sorry for the confusion that the name of the series that’s caused it to be compared to Joey’s WTF Japan. Neither one of us thought of it when it was being planned. (The name was rushed based off an Instagram story of me asking for suggestions) I hope you guys will appreciate both our series; with his being storytimes and vlogs of the weird side of japan, and mine being product reviews and tests of products coming out from Japan.

For those of you saying “this is just a copy of Joey’s WTF Japan series!” First of all, it’s NOT. I do news, events and anime-esque content revolving around the weird sides of Japanese culture. I have never done (and never plan to) do product reviews like Aki is doing with this series. Aki is super proud about this new series she is starting and I support and approve of it 100% of the way. Besides, even if it was a copy (which again, it’s not) I honestly don’t think it should matter. My WTF Japan series isn’t exactly the most original idea either, and if she wants to do something fun and cool then I will support it no matter what. So I hope you all continue to enjoy both this series and my series as separate entities. That’s all we ask for from you guys. Thanks for the understanding and support.

As someone with bad anxiety, I can see the Qoobo being helpful to people like me or someone with a worse condition or mental state, as it really helps to have something that can comfort you, mostly an animal. Something that won't bother you with questions or make you do something for yourself, it's lazy, but very comforting to just have a pet lie next you while you're calming down
