I'm on my 3rd day with my ZX4RR and I agree that a new rider could actually have this as a first bike. It's got so many safety features like traction control, 4 modes, front duel disc brakes, and abs. Here in the U.S. and Canada the are restricted so after a newbe gets use to riding they can have the ECU tuned and have a more aggressive bike like. It'll be like their second bike.

@@stevenmercado5980 You wont regret it. It's like a training bike for a ZX6R but it will be a bike that you wont want to go any bigger with. At least I haven't. It's lighter, nimbler and just the right amount of power to really have fun with as you advance.

I’m so happy you got a chance to try one. The last thing I want is a crotch rocket but this one gets me. I think I could easily enjoy it. The sound is unreal! Excellent video!

Same. I’m primarily a dirt/adventure guy, but this thing spoke to me when I got to demo it. I have a weakness for 400/4s, though, so there’s that.

Getting mentally ready to buy a Z900, but deep within i want a 650 as it looks really good. I just do not like the parallel twin of the 650. Now, i am watching something that not only looks like a 650, but has a 4-cil!! .... but,.. wouldnt it be really underpowered compared to a Z900, or even a 650??

Once tuned the zx4rr makes more hp than the 650….. the 650 makes 67, once tuned the zx4rr on some vids I’ve seen makes 72. It is hard decision also cause the z900 has almost same msrp as zx4rr…. It’s definitely not easy decision, I guess it depends on the type of riding you do.

Thanks for your input. I am making a mistake by adding Z900 into the comparison. A 900cc which is also inline 4, its an instant match for me. The problem is that its naked, and apart from the Z version of the H2, i am not in favor for its looks. The 650 (starting from the 2020 model only though), including the ZX4RR looks wonderful and thats the only reason why i take one eye off the Z900 and see what the ZX4RR has to offer. Pricewise its also a tough one, including the 500 cill less compared with the Z900... I think there is only one way to know and that is to test drive it.... (as for my driving habits, its just a bit commute / mostly driving for fun / leisure. No track or whatsoever. )@@pitbikemike
