Recipe 1! 📌
5 tablespoons of oatmeal.
130 ml warm milk.
Let it sit for 10 minutes.
1 banana.
Mix.
1 egg.
Mix.
Cook covered on low heat.
Apple.
3 tablespoons of thick yogurt.
Lemon juice.
Mix.
Very tasty and healthy!

1 glass of oatmeal (100 grams).

3 eggs.
2 bananas.
Crush in a blender.
100 grams of flour.
80 grams of butter.
10 grams of baking powder.

    Immer noch zu viel Banane! Ich würde die ganze Pakete nicht erhitzen ( manche Vitamine funktionieren nicht mehr) Haferflocken+kale Milch reicht doch. Mal auch nicht essen = Intervall fasten.

    The first recipe was for weight loss but the second one wasn't for weight loss because she added flour and too.much eggs. Flour and too much eggs makes your weight gain.
