    Day 3-5 were brutal for me. After that it was smooth sailing. Coming into it and coming out if it properly really helps.

    My mom is a nutritionist and the main thing that she is studying is a plant based diet, not saying that you have to do this but she had a client who could not lose any weight for 2 years and in 2 months she lost about 30 pounds with just incorporating some of this plant based diet in her diet. Here are some healthy snacks that she recommends, (just to incorporate) Breakfast: •Oatmeal with apples, cinnamon and honey ( sooo good) •avocado toast on whole wheat bread •apples and natural peanut butter •toast with tomato and basil •figs Lunch: •salad- no dressing just lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper •roasted brussel sprouts •chips and homemade guacamole •homemade popcorn •roasted chickpeas Dinner: •Pizza with just tomato sauce (actually very good) •Soups: minestrone, vegetable, tomato) •sautéed zucchini and rice with tomatoes and lemon Dessert: •apples and a little vanilla ice-cream •fruit salad •clementines Healthy tips and tricks: •listen to your stomach if you are full, then stop, if you are hungry have a little healthy snack •don’t focus on your calories, focus on what you are eating to get those calories, for example, french fries vs. a potato. • when hungry snack on oats, fruits, make yourself whole wheat pasta with olive oil, salt and pepper •when seasoning a salad your best friends are, olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon. its actually a lot better tasting then most dressings and gives you a refreshed feel if you need more tips feel free to follow my mom in instagram @kraringnutrition , she would be happy to help, she is the sweetest.

    Light vinaigrette recipe: 1 tbs water, 1 tbs olive oil, 1 tbs vegetable oil of your choosing, 1 tbs lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Shake well before use. You can customize with fresh or dried herbs, some cumin, chili flakes or substitute lemon juice (use vinagar or lime juice). 😁

    I’m 16: I started at 244lbs and I did 26 days. First three days I lost 4lbs. After a week I lost around 8. I’m at 197. I’m safe with it. I only drink water and green tea when I get hungry. I’ve struggled with losing weight and getting extra stretch marks etc. I always thought it’s impossible for me to lose weight but I’m doing great. After the first week you’ll see the difference in your face instantly, double chin goes away and your skin clears. I love this :) I’m shooting for 40 days. My goals 150lbs 07/07/2020 Update: Hey guys, so I never realized all the comments on here but I would like to update you who’ve asked. I’m 17 now, turning 18 and honestly I feel great. I’m at 154 lbs and I work out now, I’ve gotten a gym membership and went pescatarian. I know people don’t trust the whole water fasting idea but I’m just saying it worked for me and that’s that. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I’m doing fantastic and feel fantastic so that’s all that matters in my eyes.

    I started dieting at 14. The Water diet is nothing new. It's's been popular with Anorexics for decades - they've just repackaged an eating disorder to make it look attractive. This diet almost killed me. We're all taught that we'll be happier if we're skinny - which is completely wrong. You are beautiful & amazing!❤ Enjoy life! And only give yourself & time to the positive in your life.. Forget the negative - you're too amazing for them!❤

    @@Krzrrazrrokr The Water Diet❤😈 It is the Devil wrapped in Angels clothing for us Anorexics. I STILL am struggling to stay off my Water Diet..I am working with my Eating Disorder Therapist atm to keep eating.. The Water Diet is VERY DANGEROUS. 1. You can drink too much water. This Diet forces you to lose electrolytes & nutrients that your body needs. 2. You actually GAIN weight on this Diet. By drinking too much water - you gain water weight. I'm weighed every week & weigh less eating than I do starving on my water diets. The Water Diet gave me no nutrients & took nutrients away from my body.. I started fainting, ended up in Hospital.. I was diagnosed with Atypical Anorexia. Meaning - I'm a completely normal healthy weight..but have Anorexia. The Water Diet did absolutely nothing except make me severly Malnourished, give me brittle bones & damage my immune system.

    I lost over 10 pounds in the last 2 weeks with this great weight loss method here: FatGone.club Omg, “I’m trying to film but I can’t even look at myself in the mirror” hit me hard. I hate how I look and want to make videos myself, but always delete them after seeing myself. Not to mention how I avoid pictures taken by friends because I know I’ll feel negative about it. I even purposely avoided my senior year picture and skipped make-up picture day. So I’m not even in my yearbook. You’re such an amazing person for making this video, maybe I should make healthier changes in my life as well. Maybe, by actually leaving the house and taking care of myself without the aid of really bad habits that do more damage mentally and physically. Perfect timing actually..because I was about to proceed to jump into another bad habit. Thank you. ❤️

    It's all water don't do it by the time you go back to eating you will gain more weight than you started it's physically impossible to go that fast you'd had to be at like a 7,000 calorie deficit to lose that much weight in the form of fat so just stick to slow and steady weight loss of 1-2 pounds of fat each week and not 2 pounds of water each day

    I have binge eating disorder and this was kind of concerning to watch. a normal person would never eat that much food regardless of weight or “health” that amount of food is UNCOMFORTABLE to eat and painful, I know from personal experience. I really hope she gets some help.

    I used to struggle with eating disorders where I would restrict all week and use things like laxatives and enemas and then I would end up binging at the end cuz my body couldn’t take it and I’m not saying Trisha has an eating disorder or anything (not a doctor) but the fixation on weight and all the quick fixes and weighing herself all the time is exactly what I went through and I agree the binging is severely out of proportion for what a normal person would call binging and I know from personal experience that eating that much food literally hurts and the guilt is terrible and you go to sleep feeling like crap (which she mentioned) but idk that’s just my experience

    Fasting like that is going to hurt you in the long run. Im 20 and I would eat one meal everyday since I was 14, and I can tell you that if you want to loose weight in the future it's going to be very hard.

    @@cbgjosh3592 nutritionists do way more than you know.. they look at blood work and things you may be slightly allergic too and create a diet based off of that. for example if someone has rheumatoid arthritis, a nutritionist would tell the patient to not eat nightshades, red meats, dairy with gums in it ect....

    Girl dieting doesn’t have to be so crazy restrictive and exhausting!! You have the money to go to a nutritionist and then use a nutritional company that will deliver your meals already made to you!

    And/or just hire an at home chef to cook/prepare all of her healthy foods for a week or even a month... A GOOD chef that will make any vegetable or healthy food taste amazing to her. She could/would be so surprised at how good some veggies are if you actually know how to cook them or if you experiment with different healthy recipes/cooking methods.

    Sadie Marie It’s not dieting, it’s fasting. There are benefits from it. As long as you aren’t doing it excessively, like just once a month for a few days then it won’t cause any harm.

    Its so sad to see, watch her eating McD in the other video. She's heavily restricting now, crazy controlling her diet, only to loose the temporary self control and gain it all back. There's no actual sustainable changes in her diet and lifestyle. Why not go to the gym 4 times a week, instead of twice a day. And get a cook to help prepare healthy meals to start a dietary change she can sustain....

    She probably puts weight on and off really fast, I have the same issue because of medication. If I eat a lot of carbs/gluten or snacks I get bloated and have water retention. The next day I can be 10lbs lighter.

    I did too and regretted it. I did the 3 day Hollywood diet. It was a juice you mix with water and drink only that for 3 days. I lost 13lbs but I was STARVING, after my first meal I gained 4lbs....After the first week I was up 15lbs.....Best results for me have come from good ole exercising, clean eating, hydration and rest. Lost 60lbs and kept it off until I had another baby

    You have to ease yourself into solid food consumption. A couple days to a week after a water fast, you should only drink/eat watermelon and other fruits/veggies high in water. Then lighter foods (soup, rice, yogurt, fruits, veggies), and then heavy foods. The more gradual and slower you reintroduce regular food, the better

    Dezerea Horowitz back when I wrote this comment: i couldn’t do 5 days I only did 4. It was hard af but I did lose about 12-15lbs. I work in food industry aka im on my feet and constantly moving. I think this made me lose more weight and made it hard cause I had no energy. I haven’t gained any of that weight back either ! ☺️

    Water fasts are amazing for autophagy and cell rejuvenation. Your body is in just an elevated state of ketosis. I did a 5 day and dropped 11 pounds. This week I’m doing a week long fast. Day 1-3 is the hardest. You’re bargaining with yourself about food. After that it’s smooth sailing. Good luck! I highly recommend fasting to anyone looking to jumpstart a weight loss journey or to just give your body a great cleanse.

    Kellie B. It’s fat. Your body will be in a fat burning state during the time of fasting 😁 even if you do 3-day fasts every week or every other week is good for you. I’ve noticed my body likes intermittent fasting paired with keto foods since my body would already be in a fat burning state.

    KatrinaPixie Water all day and as many days you want to fast but make sure you get your electrolytes in. What worked for me was the Powerade zeros and I avoided headaches. The first couple days are a bit rough!

    @@abbyhickey38 Thanks Abby! Well it was a long road. Lots of ups and downs. I've tried for so long. But one day I finally saw how much the people around me suffered, how scared they where. How my mother cried and said she saw me slowly dying. How my father suffered. How my boyfriend at that time almost couldn't look at my body. How my grandmother didn't sleep at night. That was my wakeup call. And i know it is too cliché to say but you just have to start loving yourself from the INSIDE. I live in Norway we have a very good healthcare system that took really good care of me. A lot of good doctors and psychologists helped me, and I can't thank them enough.. I don't have the magical answer to end the suffering of the horrible disease unfortunately. But just try. If you don't try you will never know! Sending all the best thoughts to you.     You didn’t gain 6 pounds in 6 days girl! It’s ALLLL water weight. If you got right back to your normal routine before your trip and drink lots of water you would have lost it faster than you think!. The cycle of restriction and binging is a vicious one. I’ve been there! I lost 145 lbs eating the most BOMB food and never ever felt restricted! It’s possible! Always rooting for you!!!!💗

    What I'm hearing Trisha say is that when she is stressed or anxious she uses food to cope. Possibly, finding a new coping mechanism like journaling when she is feeling overwhelmed might be beneficial for her.

    Guided meditation helps, talking to a friend, exercising, journaling, doing a hobby....if she didn’t quit and switch therapists so often they would help her with finding something healthy that would work. Also just focusing on your breath can be an amazing help in many situations

    I guess most people under 200 can be considered slim depended on height etc. I fluctuate between 150-160, but my natural slim weight is 145lbs 👑 everyone is different x

    You can also over hydrate. And instead of flushing your system of toxins your actually flushing out nutrients. So keep that in mind as well.

    @@ThatGirlLib Fasting for a few days can actually be pretty good for your body as long as you are healthy when you start it. A lot of doctors recommend it for things esp if you have cancer because sugar feeds the cancer cells (and carbs)

    Lily I’m not saying this in a bad but you probably won’t reach that goal because it’s too crazy you want to lose 28 to 10 pounds in 4 days that’s not gonna happen I’m sorry I’m just saying this so you don’t get discouraged. Losing weight is not a one week process it’s changing your whole lifestyle and being consistent . I’m saying this because I understand and I’m not at my goal yet but from doing crash diets and having a crazy goal in a couple days that doesn’t work but now that I eat smaller portions do a lot of sports and have lots over 20 pounds I know you probably didn’t ask for this long comment I’m sorry 😂 and hope you do reach goal ! :)

    In 30 hours water fasting so far! I don’t have a set time frame, just seeing how it goes. I’ve heard after about three days your hunger will go away and then after however many days eventually it will come back again and that’s the sign that you should end your fast. I’m trying to reset my body, diet and cravings - used to be around 56kgs and now I’m more often around 59kgs. For my height 157cm I’m supposed to be around 54kgs. Doesn’t sound like much weight difference but those few kgs make a huge difference in my appearance - it’s all in my face and stomach, worried that I was pregnant! At the moment sugar withdrawal is giving me headaches. Only feel hungry around my normal meal times but I drink some warm green tea and it goes away after a bit. Made sure to finish off any not long lasting food from fridge and pantry before I started so I’m not reminded or tempted. Been switching between lemon water, different green teas and normal water so my taste buds don’t get as bored. I’ve bought a pouch of fruit purée to break my fast whenever that time comes and then after that I will be aiming to do OMAD to try to maintain. Wish me luck! X

    Update :) started at a little over 59kg and this morning (66 hours into water fast) I’m down to 56.2kg! Probably will end fast tonight just with light food (fruit purée first and then later a small salad) so I’m guessing/hoping tomorrow I will be just into the 55kg range :) I’m so excited! I haven’t been this light since a bad breakup a couple years ago when I was just losing weight from depression. But this time I’m in a happy relationship and I’m just doing it for myself, to improve myself and my health and my relationship with food :) was so tempted to quit yesterday but now I’m really glad I stuck it out!

    Yasss trish. You DO have more self control than you think. I love that you said that this fast helped you feel like you are more capable of taking charge of your emotions and actions.     so true! just taking charge of your body and the act of denying your flesh is empowering. people dont realize how hard it is until you try it. i did a 10 day juice, water, tea fast for 10 days and felt amazing. i had no idea i was capable of that until i did it.. my skin was clearer and softer, my eyes were clearer and i felt like i was walking on air.
