Hi Camirra, just wanted to say that my parents constantly clean the sink after washing their meat [South Asian household] and when I moved away to college years ago, I always took that with me. I know there's probably younger people out there who might watch these videos and learn something about good kitchen habits, so thanks for including that in your videos. :]
Girl! I'm moving towards a keto diet, and this would fit right in!!! I'm gonna make this with some roasted broccoli and green beans. I can't wait!
Thanks sister for showing people, that you cleaned your sink after, cleaning the fish. So refreshing to see. YES!!!! Your cooking I would eat without and hesitation. Keep doing the dang thang 😉❤

I’ve been watching lots of cooking videos, and by far I enjoyed yours the most. Usually I speed through them, but I loved just listening to you and seeing how clean your oven and sink were! I can’t wait to try this recipe. Blessings from Australia 🇦🇺

I love this sauce. I’ve made this many times in various ways. I like the vinegar tip. I’m using plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. ❤
HEY SIS, WOW THAT LOOKS GOOD, YOU DID IT AGAIN, GOD BLESS!!!
Hi Chef Camirra 👩🏽🍳😘, your fish looks exceptionally delicious 😋 a little rice or bread will go down nice with it. Well done 👏🏽 Enjoy a happy and blessed stress free peaceful weekend with your family God bless you all in abundance. Amen 🙏🏽🥰❤️🥰🧡💐💛✨👑✨

Girlfriend...sounds and looks DELICIOUS! One of my favorite fish dinners is called Po Man's Lobster. Calls for halibut or cod. Cut into cubes. Make a salt bath (salt to taste) and bring to boil then turn down to soft boil. Add fish and when it floats to the top skim it off. Meanwhile, melt enough butter and fresh garlic and saute with whatever seasonings you like for the amount of fish you cook. Serve with whatever you like, rice, pasta, etc. So easy and delicious!

@@kalipw0210 Well, halibut is up there but cod is not expensive and it's much more tender than lobster and definitely not as expensive.

@@lajra9763 Are you by the water? I'm in AZ, I'm guessing that has something to do with it. Here both of those fishies are expensive af, but lobster is about $10 lbs and 12-16 shrimp runs $4-$5 lbs. It's so dam pricey here, I don't think I"ve ever had halibut lol
I had just told my daughter we had some Parmesan Tilapia in the freezer that needed eating and how I wanted to eat more fish. I guess my phone was listening because I opened KZread and it gave me not one but two of your videos! Watching this one first and will definitely be making it! I grew up only eating fried fish and have avoided it until the last few years when I have started baking it. This looks quick and easy! I can’t wait to watch more of your videos! Thank you for teaching this almost 63 year old some new tricks!

I use Tilapia, but will try your sauce. Looks good.
One of the fun and simple ways to do baked fish is to cook it on a cedar plank. You can get the planks at Walmart. I love doing Cedar Plank Salmon. You basically pull the cedar planks out of the package and soak them over night in wine (generally a dry white wine works best, something light with notes of fruit but not anyone too sweet). You put the salmon on the plank, skin down, and sprinkle on some fresh dill and put lemon slices on top. I usually serve it with a side of cilantro lime rice and oven roasted asparagus. I use a long grain American rice that I wash in the sink several times until I get the starch off, then put it in a rice cooker with water. Before cooking, I squeeze several lemons for their juice (2-4 usually works) into the rice cooker bowl, then zest some of the rinds into the bowl as well. Then I chop up some the cilantro somewhat finely and add that to the bowl. Give it a few stirs to evenly distribute then pop the lid on the rice cooker. The roasted asparagus is pretty straight forward; you take your asparagus and cut the bottoms off (generally about a knuckle length) before you peel the skin around the bottom. Then you season them with Alpine Touch (it’s a spice mix made of salt, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and MSG. Its always available in Montana, but don’t know if it’s up on Amazon. Can mail it to you if you like) before you put them in a metal tray with some butter. You basically roast them until al-dente so they still have a bit of a bite to them and aren’t limp.

I love sway fish and i say it the same way too lol Sometimes i make it hot with basic seasonings and habanero slices, sweet roasted carrots and pasta salad....
Looks good! My go to for fish is to spray salmon or trout with olive oil, sprinkle with salmon rub. Then bake in a parchment envelope for 20 minutes at 400°.

Hey Camirra 🤗 My sista you’re right on time with this recipe because honestly I need to chillax on fried foods. No I can’t say I really eat a crazy amount but I tend to crave it sooo I’ll buy fast food more quickly than to cook it myself. Imma break that habit. I looove the recipe…I gotta see what’s in the stores. I tend to purchase Salmon for a recipe like this.
