We ALL doubt at times, even people who'd never admit it do. Here's why you can know you're saved.... and it's not on you.... you know you're saved because Jesus is your savior. How could it fail? He's the hero of all heroes. He will carry you across the finish line. He already did. You're seated in heavenly places with him as we type. God bless you.

Salvation is secure the moment we believe in Jesus and trust in his perfect blood shed on the cross to forgive our sins past presente and future..

I know i am still sinning alot intentional or not, but one is for sure i cannot lose my salvation. I know Who got me. Praise Jesus.

Some days I feel saved other days I stumble and fall, But I am saved because of the Lord Jesus Christ and He is the One above All. Amen and Amen!

I'm saved by grace that Jesus paid died for all my sins and promise me eternal life in heaven once saved always saved

I know I have eternal life because God word said so

We go by faith and by taking God at His word, not by feelings. Feelings are great, but the heart can be deceitful and we can't put all of our stock into it. Friends, if you're worried about your salvation it's actually an excellent sign that you're saved and you love God and care about what He says. A lot of the world couldn't care less. How do I know I'm saved??? It's simple.... because the Lord Jesus Christ is my savior.

Whats the point of still being here then? Why would i want to still have this heart that doubts everyday and never has any joy? I dont want to go into discipleship or run a race for rewards, I really just want to die already if he saved me. Feels like i havent died yet and went home because im not saved yet.

​@@Ruben27780Look around you, there are so many souls who have not yet been saved. We are here to glorify Him and to share what He did for us with others, so that they can be spared too. I know your comment is a month old now, but I pray you are doing better and have a more positive outlook.

My doubt and pain and fear got so bad this week that I’ve been tempted with atheism. I could never be an athiest though. When I let myself consider it I know that even if I stopped calling myself Christian and doing those things that I still would believe in Jesus. Even so the fact the temptation was so strong scares me. The fact i struggle with depression, anxiety and doubt constantly makes me wonder if I am saved. And those other pastors that talk about “true christians vs false converts” always shake me. Please pray for me.

Amen , The basis of assurance of salvation is God's written word. That's what He gave us to take for our assurance. A simple verse of assurance is John 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life.

Whatsoever i feel about my salvation it is not what determines my salvation i Will trust Our Lord Jesus Christ ❤❤

I have a particular disorder that reeks havoc on my mental health, (it's called PMDD) and it causes me to struggle with mentally KNOWING that I am saved. I struggle with my feelings and too often get caught up more with how I feel than with the assurance God's word has promised me in His free gift. I have to remind myself all the time that God cannot lie and when He says I am secure, He means it! He's not going to lose me even if I lose myself to my emotions too often. Thank God that it's His grip on me that holds me fast and not dependant on my grip on Him! . I love your videos and so appreciate you! ❤

Another problem leading to people doubting their salvation is the over abundance of false Bible translations in circulation. Call me old fashioned, but the KJV is the one that helped me grow in God's grace and develop a solid doctrinal foundation. Been saved for 23 years, can't get enough of it. It really is alive like the God said. If your reading this and have trusted Christ as your Saviour, but your doubting, ask yourself what translation(s) are you using? Consider picking up the KJV and start reading the New Testament all over again.

That's why we believe once saved always saved because it's hot based on what we do or don't do in the Christans live there are many ups and downs Butt Gods word never changes We don't trust our selfs We trust God's word if My daughter came to me and said she doesn't feel like My daughter anymore it doesn't make it true She Will always be My daughter no matter whats making her feel that way Theres a Scripture in Timothy's that says When We abide faithlessness Jesus remains faithful for He can hot deny Himself!!!

My fear is lack of conviction after I sin and also I dont love Jesus like I should and want to I see so many Christians have joy in him and im just so flat its horrible

Tell God, pray or just talk to Him. In any way, about anything, you'll feel the Holy Spirit reignite. 😊🙏 Genesis 6:5 “And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.”

Everyone can expect to feel doubt. But God and Satan are not equals, an instant of faith saves forever, and no amount of doubt can overturn that.

Navel gazing is always the road to insecurity and doubt. Our salvation is purely objective, and that object is Christ and HIS Righteousness. To quote an old hymn, Rock of ages"..."Nothing in my hands I bring, Simply to Thy cross I cling;"

When you believe Jesus went to the cross for you and believe he gives you everlasting life you are saved and sealed with the Holy Spirit. You have everlasting life at that moment not when your earthly body dies. You can’t loss it. You can’t unseal something God seals

I grew up doing passion plays. I always enjoyed and appreciated the crucifixion reenactment. However at the same time I never really had a solid reason other than just doing it out of habit and tradition. But God revealed to me that when I have doubts about my salvation and worrying if I'll make it to Heaven instead when I die, when it comes to carrying teachings that God exhausted all his wrath on to Jesus when he suffered on the cross, that gives me so much more reason to love and appreciate the crucifixion. Just like in that song Here I Am To Worship when they sing "And I'll never know how much it cost to see my sin upon that cross". If it was never God's will for those who believe in Jesus to be completely guaranteed to make it to heaven, then God would have never required the punishment that Jesus suffered to be horrible. That's the whole crux as to why Mel Gibson made The Passion Of The Christ

Brilliant my Brother. I'm so glad that I was taught we are saved by faith not feelings and it is the Blood that keeps us safe and the Word that makes us sure. I also learnt and memorised the following wherever it originated; 'Feelings come and feelings go And feelings are deceiving My warrant is the Word of God Naught else is worth believing' I strongly recommend the excellent Gospel booklet by George Cutting 'Safety, Certainty and Enjoyment'. Deals directly with the same theme. I believe it was first published well over a hundred years ago and has been used of the Lord to bring many an earnest enquirer to saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus and struggling saint to appreciation and assurance of their secure standing in Christ. This is where I’m at today. I had a dream where the Holy Spirit spoke to me and said “You have broken your oath to me”. Since that time I have felt disconnected from the Holy Spirit.Before I felt I had a mission with the Holy Spirit.That mission now seems to be lost just like me. I feel that I have been given over to a reprobate mind. I feel I am in a dark place, wailing and gnashing my teeth.

Yeah, I'm iin that boat often, unfortunately, being a man with mental conditions (Asperger's Syndrome, ADHD...supposedly). In my heart, and in my Inner Man, I believe that Jesus IS The Son of God...God come in the flesh, lived the ONLY sinless Life, taught the Truth (because He is), died on that tree (the cross) as THE ONLY ETERNAL PAYMENT for ALL of our sins (including mine), was buried, and Rose again by The Very Hand of God (The Holy Spirit), ALL according to The Scriptures (reference: 1st Corinthians 15: 1-4 KJV). The problem has been that for 16 years I have been tormented by a most heinous pain called Trigeminal Neuralgia (PLEASE somebody look this up!), which has caused me for more than 13 years, to curse and cuss at Him...always "turning around" and "repenting" (back then, I didn't know what repentance was...I've CHANGED MY MIND on that :) ). But I still do, because I have had anger since I was young, and I don't know how to get rtid of it...5 years ago, I believed on Him, and His Eternal Security...but FOR tha last 5 years I had allowed myself to listen to the "lordship salvationists," because I didn't want to be wrong on salvation...but I fell into great fear from the time it started, until now. What changed was, earlier this year, I listened to Ralph Yankee Arnold (All Glory to God alone :) ), and I had THAT Peace that I had Known years before...however, the "voices" of lordship salvation (thoughts in my head) were still swimmingl around...and when I'm vulnerable because of pain, OR because I committed some terrible sin, here come those thoughts again, then the pain, and I fall into fear again... YET, IN MY INNER MAN, I still Hear that small, Still Voice that comes from His Word..."I Will NEVER leave YOU, nor forsake you.....By (His) Grace, through (His) Faith He has saved us, NO WORKS..." among other peaceable, pure things. I'm so tired of being on just Spiritual Milk...all of this causes me to stay there...but it's my fault. I did it all. I'm the one who failed Him....these things I hear too. I want Meat....but I'm stuck on the basics, because that tiny, toothless "lion" keeps attacking me with things I don't want to think about, NOR do I agreee with NOR BELIEVE!! I BELIEVE JESUS! Eternal Life IS IN THE SON...and HE, is Jesus (Yeshua in Hebrew...I love calling Him that, thhough it doesn't matter how you say His Name...it's the SAME!) I Love you all, beloved children of God through Jesus Christ, our Savior, and IN The Holy Spirit, our Teacher, comforter, councilor, and ADVOCATE with The Heavenly Father, Abba!!

Definitely know how u feel I was watching young don and he was preaching free grace the gospel/ Good News but then he went to preaching works and the law and I got that same again when I was 14/15 now I’m 19 and every time I here them condemning people and condemning me I feel so bad and they keep saying put ur trust in Jesus and turn away from ur sins or ur going to Helllllll then I get that fear again but then I keep saying to myself God isn’t of fear so why am I then I realized it’s the devil. And I’m still learning I literally woke up in the morning and couldn’t stop smiling because of the secure feeling I had don’t listen to those works based teachings they aren’t right they act like they are perfect which is pride within itself and i never hear love from them only fear and hatred thanks for sharing ur story I went through that too

You wouldn't have fear of something you didn't care about. Those who reject Christ wouldn't have any fear of not being saved.

Yes, that's what i was thinking as well. We might be anxious in our day to day life but it is just because we care about Christ and can't wait to be with him.

Me all the time because I know there are things in my life I shouldn’t be doing..then social media keeps remind me of how I’m going to hell if I don’t change. It’s becoming exhausting and ocd and apart of me can’t understand why god would want me to want him from a place of fear of hell instead of wanting him because I love him. I feel like I only want to change because I don’t wanna go to hell smh

I’m currently struggling with the assurance of my salvation or if I’m even saved at all. Now I did hear the true gospel ( death burial and resurrection of Christ as payment alone for my sin ) some time ago and believed it as best I as knew how because I didn’t want to go to hell. Afterwards for a time I was happy and did have peace of mind and confident that I was saved and witnessed to others and my family. But then doubt, anxiety, and fear began to creep in and has a grip on me to this day. It’s mentally crippling and has me afraid that I never truly trusted Christ alone. Even looking at scriptures like John 5:24, Ephesians 1:9, and 1st John 5:13 isn’t helping. Does this mean I don’t really believe what God said? Was I deceiving myself all this time only thinking I was saved and only trusting in self? Anxiety has affected me greatly and I don’t know what to do anymore other than just give up.

Hi, worried soul, I know what that feels like and I'm sorry you're going through it. You wouldn't be anxious if you didn't believe you need Jesus Christ. He's THE son of God, and he took our sins with him on the cross and rose again to save us. Either it's true, or it's a lie. Which do you think? I know you're worried you'll be left out, but that's because you don't want to be, and I think that means you believe he is who he says he is. You're not the first person to doubt his ability or his desire to keep you, but he is stronger than our doubts and fears, his love is greater than we comprehend, and you remain in his hands - whoever comes to him, he will not cast out. Jesus told us that he didn't come to condemn the world 🌎 That is Satan's job. The accuser can't steal your salvation, but he wants to steal your assurance and your testimony. Guess what? No matter what fears you have now, YOU CALLED ON CHRIST. Our God has the name above ALL names. Even if you never FELT peace again in this whole lifetime, brother (or sister), *I* know we will meet in joy. I don't even know you but I'm so excited for that day when every tear (yours, mine, and those of all the rest of our great family) is wiped away by our God. He doesn't want you to suffer in fear in the meantime, though. He sent his son to set captives free, and to bring glory to his name. That's not done by leaving believers weak and fearful. I pray that the torment in your spirit will be silenced by the power of the promise of the one true God, who through his son gives peace which passeth understanding, and who states that ALL who call on the name of the Lord will be saved. When we sincerely repent and receive Jesus, we can trust Him that He's saved us forever by His grace alone. However, the Bible does tell us to examine our faith to make sure it is real. If we are truly saved, there will be evidences in our life, such as an increasing pattern of obedience. Though we won't be perfect until we get to Heaven. Once a person is saved, their salvation is eternally secure.

Perfect timing for this vid to be recommended.

One thing Catholics say that is making me doubt eternal security is the fact that the Greek verb meaning "to believe" in passages such as 1 John 5:13 is in the progressive tense (in the case of this passage, πιστεύουσιν has the progressive marker "ιν", for instance). Thus they argue that the eternal life is only to those who are believing, still believing, not for anyone who believed once. I'm not a Catholic, I'm a recent convert who believes in faith alone for salvation, but I must admit this was a good argument from them as is making me genuinely doubt eternal security 😥

It’s not a good argument. Jesus said in John 4, “13 Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: 14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.” Notice, Christ contrasted literal water and living water. The individual that drinks (believes) the living water (word of God) will NEVER thirst again, signifying that they don’t have to “keep drinking”. On the contrary, we have to keep drinking literal water because it only quenches our thirst temporarily.

Great advice. This has taken me awhile to understand, I was driven by my emotions because I believed them instead of Christ. The enemy wants us to put our trust in ourselves and how we feel, our pride, the law etc but God says put your trust and faith in Jesus because he walked this walk for us to give us eternal life. Repentance is a lifetime and posture, and it is God's kindness that leads us to repentance. Let's not harden our hearts against Him. God bless you and hope you know that those calling you to repentance are rebuking you in love, because they care about you and want you to be right with God. Yes, Jesus paid it all, but we don't take that as free reign to go on willfully sinning. I've been there, and it grieves the Holy Spirit and leads to destruction. Thank God for His mercy, though, He opened my eyes and brought me back to Him and His truth.

I am trying so hard and I am always such a crappy Christian no matter what I do. But i believe Christ died and rose again with my whole heart and have my whole life. And im in the word everyday and i think were the problem is, is my emotions like you said. Im trying to almost earn it in a way, so maybe im good enough. But ill never be, so i just have to trust in Christ.

I would add though that one must know what God's word says rightly divided [2 Tim 2:15] That gospel that saves was given by the Apostle Paul which he received from the risen Christ [Gal 1:11-12 KJV]. 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJV is that gospel that he received. What happens when one believes? 1 Corinthians 12:13; Ephesians 1:6-14; 2nd Corinthians 5:17:21; Galatians 2:20-21; Habakkuk 2:4; Romans 1:17; Galatians 3:11; Hebrews 10:38, "the just shall live by faith" KJV. Know what you believe and why, "wherein ye stand:" 1 Corinthians 15:1b.

A lot of people do indeed lose their salvation... sin will take you to hell. Repent and seek Jesus- ask Him what you need to do to be right with Him!

I believe the bible. But there's one thing I've been struggling with for a very long time and it is hell. I have a hard time accepting that God would burn people for eternity, so I'm not a 100 procent sure of what hell is after all because people interpret it differently, some people even say it's symbolic. It makes it even harder to accept when you think of, that many people, even loved ones have ended up there. How do I get around this?

I would love to hear you teach on Matthew 12:32. There are so many people who struggle with that verse/passage. That verse is brought up in Biblical discussions regularly. I’ve said this before, but you are a highly skilled teacher and you are helping us grow in knowledge to help us grow in our daily walks. Thank you for your continued passion in sharing Scripture.

Is it true to say that if we doubt it means we are not saved because by définition hacking faith is trusting, which is the composite do doubt ?

Amen Brother thank you for your videos glory to God..I have a question my brother, do you have a video on tithing? There preachers here where I'm from condemning believers to.hell for not doing it or for.not being honest about the amount they are giving.. I've tried to explain to some of.them but if you would.help me I would greatly appreciated...grace and peace brother.

You literally have to go to war with your feelings and reject them, and just go by the promise of God's Word. Many of these feelings could be just your old carnal nature. Others might not be your own. They could be the fiery darts of the evil one.

I know I’m saved because Jesus paid for ALL of my sins. I can’t go to Hell. Impossible. I’ve placed my faith and trust in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ as the sufficient payment for my sins. THAT’S how I know I’m saved. Because God tells me I’m saved if I believe in the son. 🙌🏽

Howdy brother.

I firmly believe Jesus Died for my sins and Rose from the dead on the third day. I have preached the Gospel to some of friends and my class, but I never directly confessed with my mouth that Jesus Is my Lord and Saviour like that passage in the bible. I made it clear that he is God, but never actually said those words. I read the Bible, I pray, but I do not go to Church, maybe I should but I wouldn't like it 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
