Ingredients:
flour - 500 g (17.64 oz)
water - 375 ml (12.7 fl oz)
yeast - 8 g (0.29 oz)
salt - 10 g (0.35 oz)
TO LEAVEN 1 h
TO REST 20 min
IN THE OVEN 220 °C (392 °F)/25 minutes
Tray size 20 X 30 cm (8 x 12 in)

Be careful, it is not a plain plastic bag. It's a special bag supporting cooking in the oven for temperature not exceeding 200 C°. The texture of the bag in the video, doesn't look at all like the special bags that I buy for cooking. The one of the video looks like a bag for deep freezing, and I doubt that you can cook inside, specially at 220° when the special bags for cooking are not meant to be used over 200. You must also use natural convection, and make sure that no part of the bag will touch the top resistance. I sometimes use these bags to cook chicken, because they keep the moisture, and the chicken stays tender. The counterpart is that it's hard to obtain a crusty skin as a result. When you cook a chicken like that, you must avoid adding any liquid. For this reason, I am not convinced that cooking a bread like that is a good idea, because in a closed bag it's unlikely to crust like on the video. Also I am 66, and although I will never be a baker, I am studying in order to become a certified baker. I presented the exam last year, and I failed because I had a health problem in the middle of the main exam that lasts 7 hours. This year I registered again, but I check my health to see what I can do to solve it. Just to explain you that I can bake bread. I bake mine in a preheated oven at 250° with a little quantity of added steam during 14 to 25 minutes depending the size of the bread that i bake, and the thickness of the crust that w I want.. No need to bake it in a bag to get a good result, although I know that there are alternative cooking techniques such as baking in a closed casserole. But I didn't try that yet, as it is not in the program of my exam It's also possible to make bread in a bread machine. Some people find that easy, and are proud of the do it yourself idea, but frankly, can it compete with what you will get from a good baker? Another thing that I know, is that to make a plain bread, you use 8 grams of fresh yeast, by kilo, or 4 grams of dry yeast, when the author of the video uses 16 grams of dry yeast by kilo. That's also 4 times the recommended quantity. And we avoid mixing the yeast and the salt in the same water. His gestures to make the dough and shape the bread do not seem genuine either. For all these reasons, I don't think that you should apply what is shown here, and I respectfully suggest the author to learn before he starts to teach. Regards

@@sosso2512 j'ai pris des sacs cuisson a Auchan. Par contre il ne vont qu'à 200 degré. J'ai cuit mon pain a 200 degrés pendant 30/ 32 mn. Voilà. J'espère que je vous ai aider.

Maybe you might fashion a bag with parchment paper. You could make a square or rectangle.
