Recipe 1:
3 eggs.
Separate the egg white from the yolk.
We will only use egg yolks.
100 grams of sugar.
30 grams of corn flour.
1 liter of milk.
Peel of a lemon.
Bring the milk with the bowl to the boil.
Strain the milk through a sieve.
Mix milk with egg yolk.
Bring to the boil while stirring constantly.
As soon as it thickens, remove from the heat.
Sprinkle cinnamon over it.
Recipe 2:
500 g peaches in syrup.
Grapefruit and lemon juice.
15 g gelatine. Melt in the microwave.
300 g Greek yoghurt.
50 g icing sugar.
150 ml milk.
15g gelatine.
1 teaspoon instant coffee.
Melt in the microwave.
Shape 15 cm diameter.
Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
