If I remember correctly, Quang said his dad is usually on a certain diet because he's a fisherman. So I'm pretty so he enjoys the hell out of anything that isn't his usual meals! LMAO

This aint birria but its still pretty fire, i made something almost exactly like this last week but with beef cheek instread of oxtail, youre right about the menudo part, what you made is more in par to what a type of menudo broth (theres multiple types of menudo) would be like. You're missing some key ingredients for this to be birria so I could only imagine how much yall would love the real deal if yall had it. This is still pretty fire tho dont get me wrong
