I cooked every MEAT in a TOASTER Oven, it blew my mind!

Ойын-сауық

Today I took my TOASTER oven to a whole new level. Cooked every meat I had in my house and every single one of them turned out a master piece. I never thought a toaster oven can be so efficient at cooking all types of meat but here we are! These are my results.

Just cooked my first real, New York 1lb, thick cut, steak. I cooked it using the reverse sear method learned from Guga in my Emeril Air Fryer (overpriced toaster oven that looks a lot like Guga's) at 250 degrees for about 50 minutes. I seared it for 1 minute per side and just enjoyed the best steak I have ever had that wasn't from a steak house and better than most that I have had at a steak house. So juicy and cooked perfectly medium rare. If it had not been for Guga I would have never tried to cook such a nice steak. I have 3 more to cook, thanks to Costco. These were even the Choice selection not the prime and they were absolutely delicious. If I could post a picture I would. Thank you Guga. Now I know how to cook steak the right way!

When I make spaghetti and meatballs, I also make seasoned browned ground beef, making sure it gets extra dry, and that it's finely chopped and sprinkle it on as a crispy, almost crunchy, flavor packed topping instead of using parm. Completely off topic, but I felt I needed to share it.

I for the crispy ground beef crumble, i usually go for 90% lean so that it's not oily or greasy afterwards. I use my favorite italian herb and spice blend that's equal parts oregano, marjoram, basil, red pepper flakes, and black pepper, 3 parts onion powder, and a dash of cayenne. [This blend is perfect for pasta sauce, as well as pizza sauce (mix in some shredded parm and honey to take it to the next level)] i brown the meat like I'm making tacos, add a splash of olive oil and water, and then put it on medium-high, stirring it frequently so it doesn't actually burn. I'll sample throughout the process and turn off the burner when it's crisp, *a little* crunchy, and fairly dry.
