Seeing just the title for this video made me tear up; listening to it was such a realistic representation of how dealing with everything this last week has gone, (though I don't have a partner to help me), and it was full of reminders I needed to hear. Ok so I'm a 19 year old girl I've been suffering from chronic pain since 16, I've had two spine surgeries and more to come. This path can be very lonely and difficult sometimes.. to help I've never had a boyfriend and I'm extremely insecure bc I think no guy will ever want to put up with all this (also bc the man in my family say that I'm never going to me "women enough" and worthy because of my health). Thank you very much for this video it's very helpful :D

Yoooooo, uh I know this was posted a good long while ago, buuuut it just popped across my radar today and um, I'm having a particularly bad fibromyalgia flare up and I don't really have anyone who's down for this level of caretaking and this hit so, SO close. Having chronic pain makes you feel like you inherently bring something unfair into a relationship--even a *friendship*--and this was...so very sweet. When he said he had Googled the thing I almost cried because almost none of my friends have Googled the thing and it's, like, the most basic way to gain empathy for what we're dealing with. Anyway, um, this was really sweet and it made me feel a little better. Thanks for giving it to us. :)

As someone who is in pain constantly, I love this! I have had a spine problem for about four years and hearing "we cant fix you" doesnt help. This did! Thank you!

When I was younger I was doing lift when the person on the top of the lift fell on me and injured my back. From that day forward, I have had chronic back pain, that’s is normally worse in the winter. I am so happy there was a comfort audio for chronic pain.

THIS IS WONDERFUL! As a person who has been in severe chronic pain for decades to the point of having a morphine pump implanted in my body, having ANYONE in my life that still has empathy for my pain instead of frustration that comes out as horrible comments is AMAZING! (I lost my soulmate/caregiver/patient/witness to my life struggles on 6/22/2013.) There is a very special approach to introducing ideas of new doctors and/or treatment when so many has failed. It would be so absolutely amazing if you do more chronic pain posts every so often to create a playlist. You could consider it a way to help those who love people in chronic pain try to remember that underneath the pain, frustration, & feelings of helplessness there is a person who is beautiful & worthy of love. Being a disabled widow now I can't afford the $10 Patreon level that allows for access to the sound off thread but I will try to budget the $2. If you ever need any real life experience on dealing with chronic pain or caring for someone who has it (my late husband had severe chronic pain as well) I would be more than happy to help any way I can...
