Sure everybody is free to purchase those vastly overpriced and over-packaged salt packets. But remember, the standard western diet is already too high in sodium - no need to add more on top. The amount of potassium you can get from a banana - which includes many more vitamins and healthy benefits. Magnesium you can get from pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, almonds… or supplement at a much more reasonable price. No need to waste your money people❤😊

Glad to see you back with a new video. There were some things you said that really got me thinking about my mental state. I feel like im in a good place in my life but why do i constantly think about the future 🤔 on where i want to go. Why cant I just be present? I feel like I have some work to do 😊 thanks Alyse for sharing ❤

Oh this was so inspiring and helpful Alyse.
Was your income/business negatively impacted by taking time off social media or did you find that you had built a solid foundation where you don’t have to rely on social media to be the main thing that gives you success in your business? It seems like taking time off would give you space to create new things so just wondering what your thoughts are on it

email fam!! what is your opinion on “natural flavors” as an ingredient (like in LMNT)? i go back and forth and have read so many conflicting perspectives. ♥️
@AlyseParker
Жыл бұрын
hi sarah! 💗 i love your curiosity~ i go back and forth on this too! from what i've learned, it's derived from plants+animals which i feel good with. i do consider it to be an "additive" which i'm not a super fan of as i strive to eat mostly whole foods without filler ingredients. although i don't consume natural flavors in pretty much any other place, when it comes to LMNT specifically, i make an exception for it because of how much better i feel overall. i've been using it daily for over 1 year now and a few months back i went through a few days straight where i was just drinking water with fresh lime juice instead (because my partner was drinking that and i was like yummm), and then i randomly was like 'why do i feel like sh*t!?' and connected the dots that i had stopped using LMNT. that's just my experience! 💦

I haven’t watched you in a long time, due to changes in my own life. I no longer felt a connection with your content, but today I remembered your name and decided to check out your channel again. I will say, I feel you are more grounded and centered. As though you are stepping closer to who you really are and who we all are. Made in the image of God. I don’t know where you are at spiritually, but from a few of the comments I see the name of Jesus and I know he is near. It feels odd for me to share this, as I don’t normally say things like this, but I feel drawn to share with you. As someone said, Jesus loves you. I feel he wants you to know that, deeply. As I’m sure the people who shared that as well, feel he does too. In the journey of finding more solace in oneself and even in the return to healing foods, you may find there is an even deeper solace you feel when you return to the one who made you. Who knows you on a personal level, unlike any other. That is who Jesus is. God, incarnate. Seeking those who will come to him to be filled with life (himself), the life he set for us to have before the beginning of our lives. I don’t speak with the most grandiosity or it might not even be fully understood, but my hopes in sharing this is for you to know that God is personal. He is, in human terms, a being we can know. Have a relationship with. Speak to and be spoken to. He guides us as a Father. And leads us to where our souls are deeply nourished. Your path seems clearly heading in this direction and I just pray unceasingly for God’s grace and mercy to pour out over you that you may hear and see and come to believe.
