Ingredients and step by step instructions for making the recipe
In a large pan or wok add a little bit of vegetable oil
Then, fry one kilogram of lamb meat from all sides
After, add onion (400 grams) and caramelize it
Add the carrots (500 grams) to the mix and fry it with the meat and the onion
Season everything with salt and one tsp each of black pepper and cumin seeds
Then, add the following ingredients:
Canned chickpeas (200 grams)
Raisins (100 grams)
Hot pepper
Garlic
Three cups of hot water
Cook everything over low heat for 1 hour
Wash two cups of basmati rice and soak it in water for 20 minutes
After on hour has past, take out the garlic and hot peppers
Strain the rice and add it to the meat
Season with one tsp each of salt and cumin seeds
Add three cups of hot water
Cook everything over high heat until the amount of water decreases
Then, turn the rice around
Put back the garlic and hot peppers
Make holes as shown in the rice for water to easily evaporate
Cook over low heat for another 30 minutes

في مقلاة كبيرة أو طنجرة ، أضيف القليل من الزيت النباتي
ثم اقلي كيلو من لحم الضأن من جميع الجهات
بعد ذلك يضاف البصل (400 جرام) ويكرمل
نضيف الجزر (500 جرام) إلى الخليط ويقلى مع اللحم والبصل
تبلي كل شيء بالملح وملعقة صغيرة من كل من الفلفل الأسود وبذور الكمون
ثم أضف المكونات التالية:
حمص معلب (200 جرام).
زبيب (100 جرام)
فلفل حار
ثوم
ثلاثة أكواب من الماء الساخن
قم بطهي كل شيء على نار خفيفة لمدة ساعة
اغسل كوبين من أرز بسمتي وانقعه في الماء لمدة 20 دقيقة
بعد مرور الساعة ، أخرج الثوم والفلفل الحار
يصفى الأرز ويضاف إلى اللحم
تبل بملعقة صغيرة من الملح وبذور الكمون
أضف ثلاثة أكواب من الماء الساخن
قم بطهي كل شيء على نار عالية حتى تقل كمية الماء
ثم قلب الأرز
أعد الثوم والفلفل الحار
اصنع ثقوبًا كما هو موضح في الأرز حتى يتبخر الماء بسهولة
يُطهى على نار خفيفة لمدة 30 دقيقة أخرى
