18 വയസ്സിൽ അപ്രതീക്ഷിതമായി CANCER ജീവിതത്തിൽ താളപ്പിഴകൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയപ്പോൾ ഇത് ഒരു തുടക്കമാണ് എന്ന മനോബലത്താൽ ജീവിതം വീണ്ടെടുത്ത ഒരു വ്യക്തിയാണ് മനു മെൽവിൻ. കേരളത്തിൽ കാൻസർ എന്ന വാക്കിനെ,അസുഖത്തെ പല രീതിയിലാണ് ആൾക്കാർ നോക്കി കണ്ടിരുന്നത്. ഇത് അവസാനമാണ് ഇനി ഒന്നുമില്ല എന്ന ചിന്ത ക്യാന്സറിനോട് അനുബന്ധിച്ചു നമുക്ക് കാണാൻ സസാധിക്കുമായിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ ഇന്ന് കാൻസർ ഒരു തിരിച്ചറിവാണ്, നമ്മുടെ സത്വം മനസിലാക്കുനുള്ള ഒരു അവസരം. The thought that this is the end and nothing more could be seen in connection with cancer. But today cancer is a recognition, an opportunity to understand our conscience.
