Mary... He's had a lot of nose ops through the years Some went wrong with infections mainly in his male days. That's why he's 'lucky' he's left with what he has. I watched him having operations about 20yrs ago on the tv in the uk. Can't remember what channels. It was cutting edge tv back then. I've never forgotten watching those programmes. I have just found out he's transitioned, I'm gobsmacked.

I’ve heard that men that have the reassignment surgery have to dilate every day, to avoid it healing in places leaving pockets prone to infections. Assuming you live old enough, will your carer have to do this for you when you can’t?

I'm pleased that Jessica is happy but this person is not a woman, and it's an insult, and offensive to women, to call him that. But no one in the media or the government want to hear that. We ought to create a new category, and they can have their own sports.

I wish that Jessica was challenged more here. To say that there is no difference between this person and a female body is just delusional. Man made woman , surgery can make you appear like but can never make you be. Unfortunately this is deeper then people suffering from this condition can ever imagine. The rejection of their own natural body for something else they feel and it's driving them to make permanent changes is really a dark mental state to be in. No one celebrates people stuffing from Anorexia they believe they are fat. There isn't a whole ideology around it to justify what they are doing to themselves and people around them affirming what they are doing. These people need a lot of help and divine intervention. Surgeon's should be held to account.

That is cuz starving yourself is really bad for your health and can cause you to die early. On a less extreme case there are people who aren't very attractive (average at best) but they want to be attractive so badly that they get plastic surgery done and if it is successful society now will treat them like they are more attractive even though biologically they are not.

Why? First, these are elective procedures and unnecessary. Doctors only obligation is to warn them of the potential complications and that the procedure may not work. Plastic surgery is a gamble. Jessica doctor shops across rhe world. If one doctor will not do the work, Alves will find someone else. Plus who knows what Alves is telling them about their prior medical history.

Well, I really found "The Human Ken Doll" creepy and disturbing; I truly disliked that character and was definitely not a fan. Plenty of people struggle, I've been waiting for years, and I mean years, to have both my jaw joints replaced, I don't want sympathy I want to paint the picture of how god damn ridiculous this BS is. How is this man can look like that in the space of a few years, it took Caitlin Jenner a year to be "transitioned", and yet people like me are wiaitn for surgery to fix broken bodies, to fix joints that are painful. How on earth is this fair, just, or moral? How is the UK has spent money on transitionimg kids, yet I couldn't get my jaw done before it got this bad, way back when I was 19...but they can give kids hormones? I'm 34 with one joint totally dislocated, I can't even kiss a significant other if I had one, which I can't find because arthritis in your jaw messes up you face, neck, shoulders, back, you can't maintain weight because you can't eat properly. Where the F is my spot on a TV show to complain about how dman hard my life is? Wheres the opportunity to speak on behalf of other who are stuck waiting for surgeries? Who have been left behind while we talk about this insanity?

@@suzimonkey345 I get ya, it's infuriating. Where's the offense mob given people are making themselves I'll with these procedures? I dunno about you but I find offensive that people who have perfectly working bodies want to harm them. I get gender dysphoria must be bad and difficult, but my god the answer is not to mutilate a perfectly healthy body. I'd give anything to have my health back, anything, and yet people like me and you can't get the help we need.

If I were to trade places with Jessica. It would only make sense to me if I was bullied my entire young life on my looks. I would sue the hell out of my bullies and use the money on plastic surgery and feel proud and happy to have done it!!!! I would make a career out of this!!!!😊😂

And if it uses the NHS, or was done on the NHS, like many have been here, it hurts people p like me and the seven million other people who have been waiting for surgerys to fix physical problems...like the arthritis in my jaw joints that need replacing. I could probably get a "sex change" faster than I could get my jaw done... I've only been waiting since was 19 for them to be done, I'm now 34! It absolutely harm's others because our healthcare system is paying for this. If they want to have this done they should go private. I don't care how harsh that sounds I'm sick to death of hearing about this BS while I'm sat waiting along with 7 million other people, for my pain and physical limitations to be lifted. It's ignorant to think this doesn't affect others ....fyi when the kids who were affirmed like Keira Bell start coming forward and suing the NHS, guess who'll be paying that fine? YOU! And everyone else via tax and national insurance. Then people like me who are stuck out of work while suffer the wait to get fixed, we'll end up with even less resources and even crappier NHS. This affect us all!

His so called “career” was built on being a, “living Ken Doll”. He has been on tv so many times because it’s shocking & outrageous. Being a “Trans Activist” obviously pays better than being a “doll”! I think that he’s addicted to plastic surgery. No reputable doctor would have performed more surgery…until it was trans surgery!! 🙄 STOP platforming his mental illness!

I am in no way trying to bash anyone nor offend anyone. Im so tired of hearing that trans people saying they are a man or a woman. This is no way HUMANLY possible. Being male or female is not a mind set, or just having things replaced with what you want. Gender is and will always be a genetic makeup. If you identify as male or female fine if you remove or change things about your appearance fine this does not change your genetics or chromosomal makeup. Please stop. People do all kinds of these things to yourself to live in your truth whatever that is, but then tell lies to yourself and others. Whatever you need to do to feel comfortable in your skin fine it’s not up for others to judge, but do not take away from those who are comfortable with what they were given.

Hard stuff? She refers to him as a woman and blindly accepts his ridiculous lies like a gynaecologist can't tell that his inverted penis is not a vagina or that a gynaecologist would even agree too see him in the first place. It's laughable. It's pathetic. It's insulting to women.
