John and Bill were SO accommodating to me!! I love that they are into trying weird things!! 🤣 It 100% sounds like a warped cassette tape!!!! Playing a cohesive note is next to impossible!! Haha!

9:50 Yeah, it's directly related with the length of the strings. By decreasing the length of the strings but keeping the same spacing between frets, you change the ratio of the spacing , which makes intervals bigger and totally imprecise (and that's why the bends are bigger too). You basically have almost a whole octave divided in four frets, which normally should be 12.

@@LuigiFTMario Probably would have been better to somehow cut the head stock off and cut the fret board at the 12th fret and somehow rejoin it on there. Come to think of it, he could still do that with the bits he has.

Thank you for going to a local music store! Someone with your level of influence can really shine a light on the importance of shopping at local music stores and how it can impact the local scene as well as the pro’s and con’s of local stores vs online shopping. I work at a local spot and absolutely love being able to get people and kids into their first guitar or any instrument and would love to see that grow instead of shrink and lose to the big corporations like sweetwater, Amazon, etc.
I find ur vids really entertaining, keep it up xx

I’ve noticed he’s become more aggressive in his way of speaking in recent years, when you compare his videos from 2010-2017 to a 2018-2023 video his speech is a lot more offhand, maybe he’s playing a character but idk

I'm loving the vibe of this quaint little instrument boutique. These are the mom and pop shops that make my heart tick. Sure they'll never have an impressive wall that's 4 stories tall with guitars but they'll have an disorganized mess of interesting stuff that every employee knows exactly what to find and where. So much soul man

I dunno in my experience those places are always full of stuff that hasn't sold for 20 years, and is mostly geared towards kids. Not anything you'd want to play on a stage.

This store doesn't seem very small. Look at all the autographed stuff and the racks of tee shirts....
This was chaotic and I loved every second of it! I really enjoy the videos where you are candid and just hanging out. I commend you on using the circular saw. They can be intimidating! This reminds me of when I start to build new props for halloween season. I have power tools and saws out all over the place. That shop seems super cool, and John and Bill are quite the djentlemen. Also happy that you played a bit of your "How to be Ed Sheeran" song! This was so fun to watch! Have a wonderful weekend 😊

I really enjoy these kinds of videos too. Because I have NO idea what's gonna happen. It was even possible that the guitar wouldn't work at all!! I'm impressed with how BALLS it turned out!! 😃

The snubster? Haha! I like it. No brown notes, BUT they were all crappy notes. Cohesive notes were impossible to get. So I guess they were brown notes in a way... 🤔

This dude is a legend! I truly enjoy the work that goes into these videos from the skits to the green screen to everything this guy does. He gets compliments alot on his guitar skills but most don't see the editing skills this guy has

Hey Stevie! Love those dance moves you had while you two were jamming away there lol! I remember when I used to be too scared to go into a guitar shop because of worrying I wouldn’t get taken seriously 😩 but the guy working there was so kind and had a jam sesh with me, helped me find my dream guitar and gave me a hug before I left! I still get timid to go into guitar stores sometimes lol. But I love when awesome guitar people work there! Great to see you having fun with that teeny weeny thang! Great video as always! ❤️

Don't know if I'm the only one who thinks this, but Stevie is really pushing the limits of his content recently: gameplays, videos out of his room... What I love the most is that his soul is still there, contrary to other KZreadrs when they stop doing what they're used to. TBH I'm more active than ever as a subscriber, keep on the great work Stevie!

Holy sheet! John is a super cool guy! His energy fits perfectly with Steve's. He is the perfect balance between KNOW HOW TO DO THINGS and TAKE CRAZY IDEAS SERIOUSLY. I would LOVE to watch a series where you guys do crazy projects like this. And grandpa is a plus. Best content.

Steve is such a great guitarist, but I'm surprised he doesn't know about how a guitar is put together as much. I'd like Steve to build a guitar by himself by ordering the parts, maybe a Warmoth kit?
I never expected to see an instrument with a scale length shorter than a violin. I'm half expecting someone to actually build a Sheerancaster with accurate fret spacing now.

My dad always got me set up in his garage with powertools and the like. I've only realized within THIS calendar year how many people I know don't know how to fix a chainsaw, or use a saw like you did! It's kinda surprising actually, but you cut that perfectly! X)

Stevie, this video was wildly entertaining! Had some suspense (is he actually going to defile that neck?!), some horror (OH MY GOD, HE'S DOING IT-and with ONE HAND!!!), and a nice little concert at the end.
