Yeah, he had that new crankshaft trued up nicely and all shaft/bearing fits appeared spot on, I was impressed myself.

I love this guy so much that there is no more compliments in my vocabulary to add and now he included what i consider funny intro... KeepGoing Le Dan.. You are master of your profession and make mechanics and inventors proud❤🙏🇸🇪

same goes for my banshee, before the bore kit was installed, pretty sure the yfz350 is literally just an rd350 with different water jackets and a heavier flywheel.

You should hear three cylinders into four four pipes the center pipe splitting into two pipes and the total capacity 550cc, A booming bassy two stroke racket and when you throttle off it crackles sucking air back up the exhaust pipes,two big bassy ones for the outer pots and two little ones for the inner pot,sounds like four motorcycles,Got stopped often but with in legal limits

this has been my dream project for as long as i remember, to build a 2 cylinder 2 stroke. the sound is just unbeatable

@@hhstarwars where I live triples are often found in nineties snowmobiles, so you can easily find a running engine for a few hundred bucks. Crazy power, and they sound great. A buddy of mine still rides one, just as fast as a new snowmobile.

What a talented young man,he made that engine sing like a bird,amazing knowledge and skill to do all that welding and machining on his own,i have nothing but admiration for him,great achievement well done from the UK.

Wow!! The headlight assembly style used to be sold here in India in the early 2000's as an aftermarket part, I also use it myself on my Yamaha rxz 135 5speed . Brings back old memories, those were the good old days.

​, yes 1st a 4speed then a 5speed with front disc brake and a higher hp. The one i had was the 5speed in red.

You should do a video on your machining tool bits and explain what each bit is primarily used for , a lot of us would be willing to do this but lack the knowledge of machining on this scale

Yet again the word 'Impossible ' does not EXIST for this young man. Extremely talented young man with a very bright future ahead of him. Surely ALLEN MILLYARD will be highly impressed as well with this young geniuses abilities. So wish this Le Dan was closer to me as I have amazing patent engine that I would have loved for him to build. Respect from an old man in South Africa.

Testing this machine on open road with no shoes and no gloves is teasing the devil. Apart from that, what you do is amazing.

Great build .can you do a twin front disc brake conversion for this using 2 hubs stronger fork springs and a fork brace .it's the perfect big wheeled scooter 🤟👍🏼

I think you now need some Barnett racing clutches and dual springs, so you can put all that power through the rear wheel. Great Job!!!

I had maybe 20 bikes the fastest out of the hole was Bultaco Pursang again 2 stroke. Nice decent cutter in the lathe Excellent crank job also. The expansion exhausts are very important so later with the mufflers which only detune things.

Cara a qualidade do trabalho deste rapaz é surreal a 4 cilindros ficou lindo a montagem contrário da riva 600 que até hoje não foi acertada e não tem como fala que o riva não tem.esse entendimento porque é mentira o cara tem uma retifica top ferramenta top e mesmo assim esse rapaz da de dez a zero nele

i like how he cauged up with the dude on the 2 stroke and gave him a big stack of money. The guy didn't even count it, he goes GET OFF MY BIKE. lol but this guy could fix ANYTHING. its amazing, truly. Not just fix, transform to something unique :)

this model is Suzuki Stinger 120 but they changed the headlight model of Honda Nova Dash 125

@@nguyenductin6579 Suzuki just loves to recycle older model names!! The first Suzuki Stinger was the T125 2 stroke twin, with horizontal cylinders. It was in production from 1970 to 1973. It had a top speed of 85 MPH,, with the rider prone.
