    Does Hoyt make the weights you placed on the stabilizers? I found the stabilizers on their website but I don’t see where I can order more weights. I’d like to try the 4 oz front and 9 oz rear setup that you have.

    I have a RX5 Ultra and I'm quite happy with it. I have some of the same accessories as you have like the Black Gold Dual Trac and the QAD integrated rest. I've shot Hoyt bows since 2005 and I love them.

    How is the back wall on the rx5.

  • @75superfan

    @75superfan

    Жыл бұрын

    The back wall is good and I never had an issue with it. Recently I've decided to go back to my Noc On Back Strap release which is a tension release. I have it set a little firm and I could feel the back wall give a little when I'd pull through my shot. I just got my Lucky Stops cable stops in the mail today and they do work well. So if you get a Rx5 and your not happy with the back wall for $25 it can be firmed up.

    Thanks Joel! I bought the VTM 31, but had a hard time figuring out which one suited me better. I have a 27.5 draw length, they both felt great.

    @@wcwcgarner2717 ...I figure that 4mm FMJ at 12.3 gpi will give me around a 525-530 gr. arrow when it's all said and done with a 29" draw...If I can get 260-265 fps, it'll be a hammer even to 80 yds...That'll be like 82-83 KE from the string but the weight will make more of an impact between 60-80 yds. where the arrow won't shed a ton of weight...Know what I mean??
