That is a really good insight Emma! It was a couple years back and even though I was sceptical, at the same time I gave Wish the benefit of the doubt but once getting the shitty product realised how naive I was. This can happen on all types of online shopping platforms, you just have to be smart about it. Goodluck to you and hope you never get a shitty product online!

Christine Harvey I basicly do what emma was saying when I go on there. iv gotten some clothes that were good, i orderd based off the views one time a item had a lot of reviews saying to order one size up so i did and it was gigantic on me but might of been becase im 4'11 and wear usa xs/s and us size 2 to size 4. The shoes I got were perfect though.

I’m pretty sure that “Mother of Pearl Jacket” is a knockoff of a popular pieces from Japanese fashion brand AC/DC RAG. It’s literally valued at the same price the real one is sold for even. (You can even get pink or blue!) They even copied the rainbow cuffs! That may be why it had a heavy chemical odor. It’s a shame because AC/DC RAG are kinda on the smaller side and the knock off market is pretty harmful to them. And actually a lot of stuff from them kinda fits Safiya’s general aesthetic of choice. So yeah, if you like that jacket and want one yourself, you may as go buy the real deal since they do have an international website.

I have the butterfly eyeshadow pallette, it works a lot better with an eyelid primer or a light base, and with the lighter colors you may have to layer it up a little, but overall it's pretty good and lasts a long time (I have pretty oily eyelids/skin)

Rule of thumb when buying holo off the internet: Don't buy unless there's more than 1 photo of the item from different directions so you can see if the reflection change, if it doesn't than it's just a still image
