I LOVE Monq pens! I usually use them when I'm having a stressful day or moment of anxiety, and I take a few minutes to kind of chill and just focus on breathing and not what's bothering me. And also, I exhale through my nose so I can smell the essential oils rather than blowing it out of my mouth 😊

kaitlin I think it depends on your typical coping methods. For me, I really benefit from meditation and taking a step away from a situation, so my monq is just a nice addition to that routine, kind of the same way some people use crystals. But, they're only $20 and a lot of youtubers have discount codes, so I think they're definitely worth a try if you're curious! My favs are zen and happy 😊

This was a great video. For the MONQ to actually work, you have to exhale through your nose. You won't really get the calming effect of the aromatherapy if you don't exhale through your nose. You're also not supposed to inhale it into your lungs, just keep it in your mouth and breathe out of your nose to exhale it through your nose without it going to your lungs. It won't hurt you if it goes into your lungs, but they recommend staying away from that. The Zen one really helped me keep calm when I needed it. The Sexy one is amazing, too.

A good idea for the ipsy make-up bags would be to make little necessity bags for the homeless. Keep a couple in your bag or car and when you see someone that may be in need give them one. Or just make a bunch up and donate them to a homeless shelter.

Hey! I️ was wondering if you had an update on the MonQ Zen? I️ wasn’t sure if you decided to try it more after this video, but I’ve been interested in them for my stress and I️ wasn’t sure if you noticed a difference at all?

with the monq its nothing bad, people use it as they would use prescribed medications to make them calm down to be happy or whatever the mood is, and when you take it in you're only suppose to take it into your mouth and out your nose for the full effect.

for the monq, you exhale through your nose for it to work since it's not an actual vape but an essential oil which is condensed into vapour.

You are supposed to inhale through your mouth and out through your nose with your mouth closed. So maybe if you try it again, you’ll like it... I promise you that it actually does help if you have anxiety.
