I prefer the hairdryer. I get the same results brush wise with my Babyliss! The only difference is it fits better in my hands. If it was the same price as the hairdryer id probably have one as well but not at the current price. The curls struggle to hold with my hair. FYI the hairdryer is far stronger than the dryer attachment and therefore I probably would still keep it if I caved

I really appreciate you doing this review using your own money !! I really trust your review of this product and now I’m getting one for my birthday!!

Omg yes I bought one ages ago! Best investment I’ve ever made!!! I have so much unruly hair and it’s actually given me the ability to actually style it in a suitable time frame!!! 😂 I legit use it every time I wash my hair!

Happy you love it! I bought mine in January, I have a lot of thick long hair. I bought the whole set after a friend bought hers and I could try it out, its a lot of money but for me a person with wavy/frizzy/curly hair its the best thing in the world! Its also a lot better for your hair then straightening and blowdrying as of the lower heat Dyson uses!

Yep, had mine 2.5 years and love it, worth every penny as I wash my hair daily! If you are using the brush, try and use it under the hair if that makes sense, will give you some volume that way too! Don't worry about the case either, I have never used mine as it just lives on my dressing table and is far too big to travel with!

I've been thinking about purchasing an airwrap so really appreciated the timing of this video, and the alternative of the refurbished version. Your hair looks absolutely lovely, and it was so nice to see how confident and happy you felt with the results! ❤️

I'm gonna try what you did, where you blow dried it then curled the ends, I've not tried that but loved how it looked on you, so hopefully it'll work the same way for me aha xx

I bought one of these over a year ago. It was expensive but I do aqua classes 3 times a week and this has been a game changer for me for in between my class days. I love being able to dry and style at the same time. (I have mega thick hair that takes 2 days to dry naturally). Love it.

I love the air wrap! My mum has one in her salon and i use it all the time and once ive done my curls they last a couple days in my hair❤

It's the excited cackles for me!!! I love how easy it looks (once you figured it out haha). I'll have to test yours and see if my hair holds the curls better with it... But in 27 years of life, my hair has NEVER held a curl for more than 20 mins 😂

This is soooo good to see, I have such frizzy hair and I would love to be able to do my own bouncy blow dry. I feel like I would defo need to straighten my roots but I’m just so tempted, but my partner might have something to save whilst we’re saving for our house 🤣 You loook fabulous!! X x

i got one last year and i sold it on within months it just wasn't the right product for me but I loved seeing you play and it looks amazing!

I used to work at dyson the refurbished ones are usually just returns from people who have changed there mind so always worth getting one of them if they have them available 😊

Your hair looks fab using it 😃 not sure it is for me as my hair is a lot shorter and curlier but it might be good for me to create looser curls - mine can go a bit ‘granny perm’ at times 🤣🤣 my sister bought the Dyson hairdryer and straighteners from QVC and loves them. Thank you for sharing xxx

I bought my own earlier this year, I’d hummed and hawed about it for such a long time but after seeing the results after my hairdresser used hers on me I took the plunge. I have not regretted the purchase at all. I have very thick frizzy hair and I can achieve smooth bouncy blow dry, it’s amazing. Enjoy using yours Brogan x

Obsessed😍 I got mine in the first lockdown (on finance, im not crazy🤣) I got the long barrels & the one with the round brush etc. I have super thick, long hair and it used to take me hours to curl my hair & for them to stay in. I also can’t live without the two sided barrels😍The AirWrap is a game changer! I swear by it, it definitely takes some time to get used to, I now only really do the ends else I look like a poodle (a voluminous poodle🤣🐩) So glad you like it!🥰

Amazing!! You’ll see in the 2nd half of the video I did the same with just the ends, and I also got the long barrels so I got wrap more hair around for BIG curls. I am loving it. So glad you still love yours a year later! Xx

I just recently bought one and it does take practice, but once you figure out the best for your hair type, it is Amazing!! My advice is watch tons of videos!! Brogan your hair looks amazing!! I have the hard and soft brush and I prefer the hard one..the key to get frizz/curl out at the top is not just brush down, but go underneath the hair and pulling it down helps get it straighter 😀❤️❤️

I've had mine over 2 years now and can say I have loved it and would never go back! Couple of tips! - Be sure to clean the filter regularly - especially in a house with dogs it gets so dusty quickly and if it builds up will just cut out! I do mine about once a week :) - The round brush is great for avoiding the frizz at the roots! Know it's not in your set but does help for doing the roots if you can stretch to it! Better than the soft brush I would say! - Lastly, just to say, Dyson have said that it's not meant to be used with hair through the middle of dryer attachment like that TikTok and could invalidate warranty to use that way!

I loooove my Dyson air wrap but I had a good giggle with your initial struggle because I was exactly the same. I almost was just going to send it back but decided to keep trying for a week and finally got the hang of it - so glad I kept it, I always get compliments when I use it. It’s a little more effort for me though because I have naturally very curly hair (not the nice wavy curls) so I wash my hair, blow dry, straighten and then have to dampen my hair to use the air wrap 😂 worth the extra steps though - your hair looks so lovely

Hey brogan 👋 i love my dyson also. One thing that is never mentioned is how much kinder it is for your hair... the health of my hair after using it for 2 years is so so much better. My hair is curly as well... i love using the round brush to dry the hair straight and it gives a lot of volume too... and then i use the curling barrels after drying, like u did. U also brought the kit for thick hair which is cheaper than the full kit which has the softer brush as well... enjoy xx

Yes! This is a good point. I have already noticed how much softer mine felt after drying. Yes you’re right, I should have got the complete kit to be honest but I wanted to keep the cost down. Ironically don’t end up saving anything if I buy all the attachments separately but I am learning! 👍💕 xx

When I had my shoulder length hair I blow dried it while scrunching with my hand. Will your hair curl up while doing that?

OH WOW!!! What a transformation there at the end. Haha I loved your reaction to your own hair :p I've got the naturally curly but make it more frizzy type hair too! It can be such a ...Pain in the. ... you know. :p I would LOVE this tool, but I just can't afford it. And I do think you maybe should've just bought the completely new one, but maybe they'll bring out a newer version of it next year or so , it's always somewhat of a risk, isn't it? Yeah you should defo have got the full collection! You can pick the option to have the longer barrels or the shorter ones included! The soft and the firm brush as well!

You also get a more traditional blow dry round brush attachment that gives you that salon blow dry look!

Honestly, I can see the hype and the price tag now I’ve had it and used it. It’s not like anything else I own!

tip to speed things up on a daily basis - hold the barrel infront of the mirror and look into the mirror at the arrows, this will tell you what way the hair will go and save confusion! it saved me so much time and brain power when trying to get ready (especially first thing in the morning!!!) xxx

do you find the curls stay in Brogan? I love the initial effects of it but I have super thick hair and it looks amazing to start with but very quickly falls out. I feel like lots of people I've seen use the airwrap and the curls last until they next wash their hair but for me its definitely not the case :( need to do more research to find a way to get it to stay in place xx

Yes!! They last well. I will share an update on Instagram but with the heatwave this week I have been too hot to keep my hair down to really give it a chance, so ask me again in a month or so when we get some cooler weather xx

I bought one last month off Dysons website and they give you 35 days to trial it, and if you don't like it you can send it back no questions asked. I ended up sending mine back because the novelty wore off, I didn't find the curls lasted and was too time consuming. Curls came out lovely and I felt amazing the first time, but I just never found myself gravitating towards it x

Great vlog! I’ve been looking at this for a while. I use my ghds to curl at the minute but it does lead to lots of split ends, do you think this kinder to your hair?

It looks like a great product especially for people like me who struggle to do much with their hair. But sadly it's way out of my budget. Saying that, I love my JML heated brush straighteners - yes there are people who buy JML! Lol

I honestly could see me replacing them with the Dyson system in the future when money isn't so tight. I'm curious as to how they'd hold up when travelling internationally. Do they need the case for travelling?

I’d like to do a testing JML video one day haha! Nah the case isn’t necessary, it’s just great for storing but if I travel, I’ll either get the smaller case they sell or pop it in my own bags but obviously protect it with clothes in between etc xx
