Length X girth squared divided by 800 easiest way measure the thicket part and multiply it by the same number X length then divide it by 800 tight lines. C-Ya

So after i watched this video i have that same reel except its the gold 2000 series and its very smooth and works very well i think it could of been damaged during packaging or during shipment. But again its a very good reel.

I personally have 3 Curado DC’s. Two are on Googan Go-To rods and one on a Googan Muscle rod. But generally speaking, a 7’ to a 7’3” Medium Heavy would be best in my experience
