I Bought A 268'000 Mile 1987 Fox Body Mustang 5.0 & It's Not What You Think!

On this episode I take you along for the ride as I consider purchasing a Mint 1987 DECH Foxbody Mustang GT 5.0. I interview the current/second owner of the car whom had purchased the car in the very early 90's and owned it until the current day. If this all works out, it will lead to many VERY fun and entertaining things to come to the channel. Being a DECH mustang, you can probably already guess that my good buddy @TheInfamousProject is involved with this adventure. Damn what an amazing story and car! Definitely can tell that the previous owner loved this car! Good to know that it will be taken care of by the greatest foxbody enthusiasts out there! October can’t get here quick enough…so exciting!!!!!

This car is gorgeous. I saw the system and just about unloaded in my 🩳! That has to be a Soundstream. Reference 405? Sounds like there is a stereo contest Friday night during Foxtoberfest.....this needs to be entered! Can't wait to see it and drink cold ones!

I hear ya Marco! I grew up in Burnaby too. I remember the first time I saw a Dech roll by my high school. I thought it was the fucking coolest thing going! I know Chris doesn’t like the Centerlines but fuck the east coast lol. Those things were the shit over here.

@@KASLCustoms Heading to Foxtoberfest is on my bucket list as it's something i'd really like to do. In my case I would not do that drive in the 92 LX. I'd be pulling it behind truck my in a car trailer. I bailed on the All Ford Nationals in Carlisle PA this spring because of the round trip time to drive between Calgary AB and Carlisle PA, the big spike in fuel prices played a part too. On the other hand who knows, maybe I'll catch the Foxtoberfest bug after seeing some of your upcoming posts about the trip in the DECH. .

What kind of wing is that? Is that a Dech specific wing or? Looks pretty cool, like a slightly larger GT wing.
