The back bumper has been updated to the 91-96 rear clip. Cars super nice!! No way you overpaid!! Nice find!

$6800 sounds fair. It's in really good shape and has a somewhat unique color scheme. I have to say that I do appreciate the round taillights more as well.

im excited to get the car back out of storage this spring and continue to play with it. I bought it and put about 1500 miles on it in 2 weeks before putting it into storage. Have some more videos on this car scheduled for upload in the next couple weeks.

You can buy new gas struts will make that big hood light as a feather, I did it to my 1987 😉

I’m so close to getting one. Starting cdl school in January and I have a feeling this is where my extra money and tax return will go to

Hey, I love it, very unique, I have a '93 and had to replace the headlight gears, but was fairly easy to do if you are mechanically inclined.

6800 to much? Okay, i paid more than twice that for mine but of course in a much better, original condition with 34k miles. So no, i dont think you overpayed.

i dont think i got a bad deal. Maybe a little high for the mileage compared to others on the market. But I loved the color. Ive been having a ton of fun with it these past 2 weeks. sad to put it away for winter so soon after getting it

Nice '89 C4 and kinda unique IMHO with that 90's tail end (prolly gonna have some 'Vette folks scratching their heads)! My wife and I have a little red '89 C4 aka, "LORVET the Corvette", that we acquired this time last year and paid a heckuva lot mo' than $6800 for her, BUT she only had 27K original miles on her and was practically showroom (wife didn't want me to spend time on a "project car", so there ya go). We live in Phoenix, "The Valley of the Sunstroke", so winter storage ain't no thang, BUT with that being said, dunno if you know about the "flood clear" feature all factory fuel injected 'Vette's have beginning with the C4. Basically, it allows for oil to be pumped around the engine without firing it which will pre-lubricate all internal engine components after sitting in storage for an extended period of time. To engage on a C4, turn the ignition key to the run position (first click, electronics have power), then depress and hold down the brake and accelerator pedals all the way, then crank the engine. Continue to crank the engine until oil pressure has come up and release the accelerator pedal which will allow the engine to fire. Enjoy that purdy 'Vette and God bless!

I have a '95, and man that body tripped me out. That last owner had to have been off their rocker; why ruin the body of a late 80s vete....... if they were so inclined on posing as an owner of a 90s style vette, why didn't they just buy one😅
