I appreciate the fact that you didn't 'sugar coat' anything & show us the buying sell process 'warts & all' ... thanks ... this is going to be an interesting journey ...

I also love that he decided to switch to net profit. I literally complained about it last video. This is way more authentic, big props to him. I think it'll be a big benefit long-term too. This series will have allot more interest and credibility IMO.

Keeping it real....you can’t say everything is a win. Sometimes you lose that’s part of the game. Props to you for showing the good & the bad.
I worked in the shop of a wholesale dealer in Missouri for several years. I have witnessed firsthand the misery of crap deals. But that has also taught me a lot about what to look for when buying a used car!

Appreciate your honesty because all dealers must know there’s gonna be POS that dealers run through and stick you with the headache
This is GREAT content Greg. That's how many cars come from auction, and you are blessed to have a team that works with/ for you. Starting solo and taking care of all the hoopties you buy, making them straight (not only money but time and frustration), then the paperwork, keeping the overhead low, dealing with customers, paying vendors, etc. No walk in the park.
Win some, lose some. I appreciate that you keep it real and show the "lose some" parts.
Solid content man. I really appreciate you showing the reality of buying from dealer auctions. This really shows how someone who doesn’t know what to look for, or in this case someone who actually does know what to look for, can have a really bad day buying from an auction.
You didn't mention much on the Mustang. BUT you said cheap repo, that usually doesn't turn out well.
Excellent video I love that you brought to light that not everything is easy and you’ve shown the real side. I subbed 👍🏾

You inspired me brother! I bought two trucks at auction to clean and flip. Problem is here in Oklahoma I have to wait 2-4 weeks for each vehicle to get all the necessary paper work to be able and resale at the highest possible value.
Keep it up, definiately learning alot off this series!
Craig, these videos are still fun and informative, even though you don't have the best of fun with them, but I still hope your at least having fun making them for us. Like others say, you don't sugar coat anything and your showing us ups and downs of the business. Keep up the good content and look forward to the next.

Love this channel. The honesty is amazing.
Very interesting! Thanks for taking the time to make this series.
Loving the series so far, nice to see a car dealer with a human side 👌
Craig, this is exactly why I watch your channel. Everyone makes money on good cars. But, we learn invaluable lessons from watching wwhen you have problems and what you do to overcome them. And we know you will overcome them!
Love the new beginning!!
Love the channel. I learn alot. Thank you
What a great video! I watch lots of channels on You Tube and what I really like about your channel is each video is not just about the same old thing all the time...although auto related you always come at it from an interesting and entertaining angle to keep the viewer engaged. Thanks for posting
Those 2.5 Altimas are a gem, I've had 2 now - more recently a 2015 and I've never had a cheaper car to own. Not to mention I've taken that thing in fields, dirt roads, through the mountains and more. I've *heard* about the CVT issues but changing fluids once every 50,000km has never led me to have one.
This is what makes your channel so great. The good the bad the ugly.
Thank you so much for going off net income instead. I just started this series and I absolutely love it so far. I'm 19 and want to have a dealership one day following the same motto as you, selling cars that make me smile to make the next owner smile.
No idea why KZread recommended this series but im hooked.
Great series. Love your commitment
Craig, you get an A+ for knowing all of the angles. Good advice regarding the customer warranty.
Love the channel I just got into selling used cars i love it. One day I hope to have my own used car dealership thank you for all your information
Thanks for teaching us the realities of cheap car dealing - some very valuable lessons learned already. What I find difficult to understand is why do people come to you with issues e.g. air con compressor when they are told right at the outset that the car comes with zero warranty ??!! It's bizarre
19:05 hahahaha Im dying.. I love this series. Greetings from Germany
Kudos to you for not sugar coating this series and keeping it real! Hopefully you can salvage the “lemons” and still come out in the green! Best of luck!

This is super motivating best series ever I can’t wait to save up to do this
Love these videos. Fascinating how the used car business works.
I spend a fair amount of time in all the wholesale auctions. Its definitely a rush you end up with cars you sometimes didn't plan. And always say you will only get things that you looked at but thats not the case. It is still a very interesting business that I enjoyed while I worked at a small dealer. Everything you say is accurate looking for big dealer names etc. But its always a gamble. Nothing like walking through the lot finding your buy a little adrenaline builds up when you see it or when is a little better than expected. And that feeling, when you are hoping nothing is wrong but have a gut feeling. Thanks for the videos bringing back memories.
I have to tell... I love the series..:P
I realy like this series! U r making fun video’s to watch! Im binge watching the hole ferrari flip series 🤓 Greetings from the netherlands✌🏻
that's ricidulusly nice of you to cover the labor on that accord. Maybe you should have told him he should pay an independent mechanic $100 to look the car over before he bought it.
Interesting to see these videos. Nice one for showing the realities of what can go wrong 👌
Your series is inspiring me to do this... Always wanted to do it and finally started. First purchase by me to do this was a 2005 Maxima... with a 3.5L... you at 5:20 "I don't mind Altimas the 2.5L motor was decent but I never buy Maximas or anything with the 3.5L motor..." Well I experienced why... Backstory: Bought it for $600 and spent $200 so far on it for fluids and tow home from where it sat. It was advertised for $900 but doesn't start. Thought it may just be something simple like a sensor or tuneup. However when I got to the guys place to come and check it out, he had accidentally locked keys in the car with no way to get them (only set). So I couldn't try and start it. Told him that I would take my chances and offered him $500 as is but settled at $600. Called my tow truck buddy and get it towed to my place to check it out. Got doors open and tried starting it - didn't sound right. No chug chug noise like normal engines make when they are being spun to start. Compression tested it - basically no compression in any of the cylinders. Thinking it is probably head gasket. Got the top half of the motor apart but it is a pain to get all the way to the heads. Not gonna waste my time. So... Part out a few pieces I can sell to get some money back then to Pick n Pull with the rest of the shell. Any suggestions what small pieces I can grab from it to sell that I can try and get some money back out of it? Kinda discouraging that my first try was a dud, but I will try again. Hope for better luck next time. Lol. Maybe I will do a youtube series on my journey...
“Well the title is here” 😂😂😂😂 I felt your pain man
Hey! Always make sure to buy reliable cars! Toyota, Honda, Ford. Anything else like Chinese or GM you should not buy unless it has less than 80k miles on it! Wish you better luck next time, can’t wait for the end of this series!
Craig you’re doing awesome! Don’t give up brotha
Great video. I like seeing the real struggle
Crossing my fingers for you. Awesome channel so it has to get better. Good luck buddy.
This is a great series showing all ups and downs, keep up with it we want to see that ferrari eventually.
Thanks for listening to use for the gross/net thing. Much appriciated.
You have mentioned in several videos about doing rust repair, especially the visible stuff on the rocker panels. Can you do a video on how to do those fixes?
Feel bad for you but its the reality of the business and Im trying to get into buying and selling car you're a big inspiration 👍
Loving it! People do not understand! Cheers!
Great content, great series. I'm happy New subscriber and fan. As I watched you talking about the equinox and the SRX I think it would be an awesome idea that if you made a video or series about cars / engines that you should avoid it all costs and the cars to buy to flip. Maybe you could come up with a ranking or rating system. Just a thought it would be an amazingly helpful video
really interesting series. hope your next auction turns out better
I understand the pain of bad transmission. My 2009 Subaru auto transmission got stuck in reverse in all gears...ended up giving the car away. That feeling of despair is a different level when something so expensive goes so wrong when under pressure. I feel for you, and will watch the next video to learn how you deal with this situation. .
I wanna get into flipping cars as a side hustle keep it up meyn your helping the youth
That's okay, lemons happen. Stuck with one from auction as well, tried to make it a daily but when we bought it we got it here in Colorado for 840$ 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix. Transmission was bone dry when we bought it so I added new fluid and additives, turns out we find it has a bad alignment which end up being all front inner and outer links along with one outer link being previously JB WELDED...just some transmission slips and alignment issues.
I've got a buddy who has a small car lot and he only sells Honda, Acura, Toyota and lexus. He basically said that it's just a lot less exposure to problems than he used to have. That reminded me when I saw the equinox because I was looking at one for sale and asked him what he thought and he told me unless it's free just walk away. Unfortunately most American vehicles are more or less junk these days. They just don't seem to care anymore.
Don't worry Mr Flying Wheels, we've all had these type of days where we feel like things aren't going our way. I'm sure once you're driving that Ferrari, you'll look back at this time and laugh at these struggles. Best of luck with everything sir! As a young recent college grad, I admire people like you that take the initiative to level up in Life.
love your videos

Thank you for being real!
Two chevys with 3.6 v6s. You are a brave man. I own a 2006 srx with 200,000 miles so I like em, but they must be maintained rigorously. If you run it low on oil, timing chains are in your future.
I respect this highly, we live in a day and age where losses are never shown on the internet and it really shows people that successful people do take losses but the main thing is to bounce back. Really loving the videos, keep it up bro 👍
Sick intro bro thats a big upgrade
Damn , that accord was a freaking good buy .
Please keep doing this series
I want to see more on the expedition!!!
man i am really enjoying your content, you can make your videos as long as you want and i will still watch them till the end
Hoping to start my own flip for ferrari experiment. Got an 06 or cruiser, low miles that needs a bit of work but it should sell for a great profit when done.
i gotta mention it since i seen it, early in the video, theres a white chevy coloroado (2005- 2013) these trucks are amazing and im sure you could flip it easily, nice compact truck, engines live long, can tow etc... two things if you plan on flipping drive to see if it shifts nicely, and check the rear frame rail in FRONT of the leaf springs for rot holes. either than that, super lovely trucks, i bought one for 3 k.... definitely worth putting some work into
You win some and lose some just keep the winning a head ....lift your head high and keep making great videos 👍
